I spent about a month researching everything about infrared saunas - from far/mid/near to EMF ratings to chromatherapy. I found that there is definitely a difference between infrared saunas and the need to make an educated decision. I ended up with salusheat for a couple reasons - (1) a friend had ordered a 1-person sauna and raved about it (2) the information on their site answered alot of my questions discovered thru my research (3) the quickness of delivery and their lifetime warranty. I have used my spa on average 4 days a week since purchase (I've only had it about 3 weeks) and I feel like I am starting to see some benefits - lower BP, less body pain, and calmness. This sauna was very easy to put together (think lego blocks) and so far is everything I was looking for at a very reasonable price.
We just purchased our sauna less than a month ago and we absolutely love it! We first looked at a sauna store near us and the prices started at $5,000 so we decided not to do it. Love bluetoothing in meditation music which adds to the whole experience. We found that 125 degrees for 30-40 minutes works best for both of us. We are attaching photos of our sauna and our dog Oliver staring me down the entire time I was in the sauna....he was a bit confused!

If you are looking for an odorless wood, then Hemlock is the obvious choice for you.
This inconspicuous wood will blend into your home as the color resonates as a pale white or a light brown.
If you choose Hemlock and later wish to incorporate the aromatherapy of cedar into your experience you can always bring the essential oil of Cedar into the sauna with you or light some Cedar incense.
