Returns & Refunds
As the shopping spree season approaches, we want to make sure that you have peace of mind when purchasing gifts for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. To ensure that your gifts are still covered by our return guarantee, we have extended the validity period from 14 days to a generous 30 days. This way, you can shop early and have plenty of time to return or exchange any items if needed before they are delivered.
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving the order provided that they are undamaged and unopened, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible of the shipping charge for change-of-mind returns.
1. We only accept returns of non-sale, unused and undamaged items purchased through Salusheat.com. For all other returns, please refer to the store where you made the original purchase.
2. We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products.
3. The cost for product returns are borne by customers for all non-warranty related returns.
4. If opened, only defective products will be accepted for exchange.
5. Due to the nature of our products and the context of their use, all returns must be undamaged and unopened. This includes any packaging with all manuals and other included items to qualify for a refund or exchange. Any damages or signs of usage will void this return policy and items will be charged in full.
6. If you meet our return policy's guidelines, then we will exchange or reimburse you the price of all products purchased.
We are vigilant about product quality, but occasionally something might fall through the cracks. If your product is defective or incorrect order is shipped, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping).
HOW DO I APPLY FOR A RETURN?
To apply a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our staff will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
2. Please describe in detail in your email why you need to make a return that will help us understand why you need to make this return. If you needed, you are also able to upload some images.
3. You will be refunded through the original payment method you used to purchase.
4. Please allow 12-24 business hours for us to look into your ticket and respond. We will provide you with an available return address closest to your home.
5. You have 30 days to make a return, starting from the date of receiving the item(s).
6. Please contact FedEx to ship it back or contact our customer service staff for assistance.
7. You do not have to pay any additional handling fee for your return that's within the 30-day return period. However, shipping charges will not be covered.

2. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund total; this includes items purchased using the free shipping promotion. Please be aware that the shipping cost paid to receive the product is discounted and will not be equivalent to the shipping cost of returning it. Return shipping price will vary by location.
3. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
