Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving the order provided that they are undamaged and unopened, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible of the shipping charge for change-of-mind returns.
STANDARD RETURN:
1. We only accept returns of undamaged items purchased through Salusheat.com. For all other returns, please refer to the store where you made the original purchase.
2. We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products.
3. The cost for product returns are borne by customers for all non-warranty related returns.
4. If the product is defective or damaged when you open it, please contact us for an exchange or return for a full refund.
5. Due to the nature of our products and the context of their use, all returns must be undamaged and unopened. Please note that for any installed and used products, we impose a 10% restocking fee to cover our handling and processing costs.
6. If you meet our return policy's guidelines, then we will exchange or reimburse you the price of all products purchased.
We are vigilant about product quality, but occasionally something might fall through the cracks. If your product is defective or incorrect order is shipped, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping).
HOW DO I APPLY FOR A RETURN?
To apply a return, please contact us at help@salusheat.com, or phone number. Our staff will get back to you within 12-24 business hours.
1. Please contact us prior to returning your purchase, or the return may not be processed.
2. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the item to make a return.
3. Please describe in detail in your email why you need to return the item. You can also upload images if needed.
4. For portable saunas or accessories, if returning using our label service, portable sauna returns incur a flat $20 shipping fee per return label generated, and $15 for accessory returns.
5. If the returned item is wooden sauna, you might find it difficult to choose a suitable logistics company. In this case, you can contact us to place an order for LTL return BOL and pallet label for you, with a flat return fee based on the distance of your address from the California Return Warehouse.
7. Within the 30-day return period, no additional handling fees will be charged for unused returns. However, once returns are used, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the item price.
8. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

REFUNDS POLICY
1. If you meet our return policy's guidelines, then we will exchange or reimburse you the price of all products purchased.
2. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund total; this includes items purchased using the free shipping promotion. Please be aware that the shipping cost paid to receive the product is discounted and will not be equivalent to the shipping cost of returning it. Return shipping price will vary by location.

3. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
