All parts of the SalusHEAT sauna are already in boxes and ready to be shipped. Our fulfillment partners are all doing their best to (safely) get your order out and delivered to you as fast as possible. We kindly ask for your patience with our fulfillment centers and parcel carriers in the US. And we have deep partnerships with logistics companies like FedEx and CEVA, so you can ship faster and save more than other brands.

We launched some new value-added delivery service to satisfy our SalusHEAT Saunas Direct shoppers who are looking for a delightful delivery experience. 'Room of Choice', 'White Glove' and 'Self-pickup' delivery options are available at the time of ordering, making it easier for you to get a complete sauna.

This service is currently in beta testing, and we are making these delivery options available to our loyal customers at a very low price. For customers in remote areas who have purchased a 'White Glove' and are unable to install it, we will refund the difference in price and only charge Standard Delivery cost.

White Glove Service is only available within 80 miles of Los Angeles, California and is installed by our staff. WG service providers in other areas cannot guarantee it, so we recommend self-installation by referring to the manual and video.

U.S. DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States.

Overseas territories are excluded. Delivery to the following states is NOT supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.

Please note: The address MUST NOT contain PO BOX.

U.S. WAREHOUSE

*All shipments are directly from our warehouse. 

Shipped from 1 of 4 state warehouses (California, New Jersey, Georgia, Texas). Our system will automatically choose the available and closest warehouse, and the fastest standard/ground service available. The orders are sent via a wide variety of carriers, and prior to shipping an order, we cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used.

REQUIRED ACTIONS

We will need your phone number for the delivery. The freight carrier will call you to set up a delivery time. Please make sure the number provided during checkout is the best one to reach you at, the Logistics will deliver the goods directly to your home. If paying with PayPal, please ensure the account number is accurate.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

If you notice obvious damage during transportation, we recommend that you sign for undamaged boxes and reject damaged boxes. You must take pictures for evidence and contact us at help@salusheat.com, we will replace your sauna or replacement with a brand-new one for free. 

  1. Take pictures of the box with a clear LABEL on it. 
  2. Take pictures that include the ENTIRE box and show the DAMAGE OF THE BOX. 
  3. Additionally, please open the broken box and photograph the damaged part, specifying the exact location of the damage.

To make sure there is no damage to the wood and glass of ALL boxes, please also take them apart and check to make sure.

Note: Please keep the packaging box for at least a week after installation in case you want to return it for any possible reason but don't have the packaging material.

ATTENTION: Shipping damage must be noted at the time of delivery and signature request. SalusHEAT must be notified of any damage to your sauna within one week of signing for and receiving your shipment. Failure to notify SalusHEAT within the established time frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for the cost of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS, including shipping and handling fees.
