Shipping & Delivery
All parts of the SalusHEAT sauna are already in boxes and ready to be shipped. Our fulfillment partners are all doing their best to (safely) get your order out and delivered to you as fast as possible. We kindly ask for your patience with our fulfillment centers and parcel carriers in the US. And we have deep partnerships with logistics companies like FedEx and CEVA, so you can ship faster and save more than other brands.
The season of shopping sprees is here, and with it comes an influx of logistics orders. As a result, the transportation of large items that require trucks is facing capacity constraints. Consequently, both order processing time and transportation time are expected to be longer than usual.

U.S. DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States.
Overseas territories are excluded. Delivery to the following states is NOT supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.
Please note: we currently DO NOT drop ship to PO Boxes.

Shipped from 1 of 4 state warehouses (California, New Jersey, Georgia, Texas). Our system will automatically choose the available and closest warehouse, and the fastest standard/ground service available. The orders are sent via a wide variety of carriers, and prior to shipping an order, we cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used.
We will need your phone number for the delivery. The freight carrier will call you to set up a delivery time. Please make sure the number provided during checkout is the best one to reach you at, the Logistics will deliver the goods directly to your home. If paying with PayPal, please ensure the account number is accurate.
You have the right to refuse a shipment upon arrival should you notice visible damage caused during transportation. You must take pictures for evidence and contact us at email@example.com, we will replace your sauna with a brand-new one for free. Note: If our shipping carrier attempts delivery, and the package is returned to our warehouse due to the customer not being present at the time of delivery, providing the wrong address, or changing their address without informing us, then it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping fee to re-ship the order. Therefore, we recommend that customers keep an eye on their order once they have received a tracking number.
If damage is not noticed until after the reception of a package, you have 2 business days to return the product; after the 2 business days deadline, SalusHEAT has the right to refuse any and all return inquiries.
ATTENTION: Shipping damage must be noted at the time of delivery and signature request. SalusHEAT must be notified of any damage to your sauna on the same day of signing for and receiving your shipment. Failure to notify SalusHEAT within the established time frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for the cost of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS, including shipping and handling fees.
