I am very happy with my sauna. Initially I was hesitant to buy a one person unit as I am 6"2 190. But actually I enjoy the closeness of being in a cocoon like setting. I also like that it heats up quickly. It takes 20 mins to reach 100F (when I get in) and hits 130+ another 20 mins (when I normally get out). It is in my heated barn (55) and the animals and I enjoy the Bluetooth capability. I take a quick well water bucket plunge then relax for 15 mins on massage table. I can take my sauna all in less than hour. My only regret is that I didn't get one sooner.
The sauna arrived on time in great condition. It was very easy to assemble. It’s everything I was hoping for. I’ve used it every day since I received it. It ends my daily workout routine relaxing for 30 minutes listening to audio book. I wish I purchased a bigger one so I could enjoy it with my wife. I like it so much a friend just purchased a 3 person one (he is much bigger than me).

After looking at many different options I decided to purchase this sauna. It was very easy to put together and I did it by myself. The Sauna heats up in 15 minutes to the desired temperature. The bluetooth and speakers are great and get loud. The foot care option is great. Overall I would purchase this sauna again.
When I put together (very easy) I was at first a little disappointed in the size. Smaller than expected. I think it would be a good idea to have a person standing beside it for size comparison. However, it makes sense so that you are not heating up a large area and it is designed for one person. It works great. We are really enjoying. Very easy to operate and love the Bluetooth feature!
We looked around for quite some time before purchasing this sauna. We have a home gym + some detox equipment (vibration plate, bouncer, inversion table) and really wanted to add the sweat component to our protocols. It has a small footprint and works perfectly in our space. It heats up quick (< 20 min) and stays hot. I especially like it to prep my body for fascia blasting. If you are looking for an odorless wood, then Hemlock is the obvious choice for you.
