My daughter and I put the sauna together in no time. So incredibly easy. On a scale from 1-10 (1 being the easiest) I’d rate it as a 2. We are really enjoying the sauna. Heats up in 30 minutes and gets to a nice heat of 149 degrees. I would highly recommend Salusheat

I became interested in buying a sauna after hearing so much about the health benefits and trying out an infrared sauna at a spa. The spa’s sauna was a 3-person Sunlighten (unsure of the exact model). I enjoyed the experience enough to want one in my home but was hoping to find something smaller and less expensive but still high quality. I chose the Salus HEAT Mix 1-person sauna based on the great reviews, and I’m super happy with my decision. I received the sauna less than 2 weeks after placing my order, no problems with the delivery, and assembly was quick and easy (though I admit my husband pretty much did it all while I just looked at the manual!). We set it up in our finished basement, where the temperature stays about 70 degrees. I’ve used it 8 or 9 times, almost every day since it arrived, and my experience with this sauna so far has honestly been better than the spa. It’s a great size for me (5’3” 117 lbs female). I can see how a bigger person would benefit from a 2-person unit, but I imagine the small size is part of why it heats up so quickly. I just turn it on, leave it alone for 20 minutes while I drink some water with electrolytes, then get in. It’s not quite at the max temp when I get in (135-140 degrees), but it gets to 149 shortly after. I’m always sweaty within 10 minutes, or even just 5 minutes if I was pretty warm before starting. The heater behind my back is somewhat intense so I have to keep some distance from it, but I got used to that after the first session. I stay in for 30 minutes and by that time have been absolutely drenched for at least 15 minutes. This was a really pleasant surprise because I don’t tend to sweat much during intense workouts or even on long hikes on the hottest days of summer. Also, I didn’t expect to use the colored lights or the Bluetooth speakers, but they’ve been great bonuses too. I start playing podcast on my phone through the sauna’s Bluetooth speaker before I get in and leave the phone outside the door so it stays out of the heat. Bottom line, I highly recommend this sauna and have only good things to say about the company and overall experience!

It was exactly as described and very easy to assemble. I did it by myself in about 20min after I opened all the boxes and I got it working right away. I determine to make a safe space therapy room where each wall in the room was a zone for restoration. I had everything I needed except how to detox and renew. The sauna at the gym had me craving for my own personal sauna for several weeks. When I completed my therapy room there was one wall open and I knew what was missing. I purchased the SalusHeat Mix-901BHD 1-Person Infrared Sauna a few months back, and it’s been a great addition to my home gym. It's well built and easy to operate, and although it does take about 35mins to reach max temperature, once in you’ll be sweating in no time. The bluetooth speaker is reliable and connects consistently with no problem. The colored lights are a nice touch. The sauna itself is compact enough to fit in the corner of the room but still comfortable to sit in without feeling cramped. Overall, it’s exactly what I was hoping for.

Took 30 mins to setup, takes 40 ish minutes to reach max temp. It says 150 is its max temp but it definitely feels closer to 165.

I Researched a ton of reviews before I made the purchase. It arrived and was very easy to set up. It took me and my wife about 20 minutes. There was one small piece that was cracked, but I was able to wood glue it back together. The sauna gets nice and hot, around 120° in about 30 minutes or so. It’s in our garage so it takes a little bit longer because it’s cooler. The one thing I would say I am a little disappointed in is that the usable space inside is smaller than listed. There’s about 30 x 30“ width and depth and 68 inches height. I’m about 5’9”” and I cannot stand up all the way. Other than that, it is a very good sauna and we are very happy that we purchased.

I purchased the mixed heat 1 person sauna because I wanted a hotter experience than straight infrared could offer.

The unit shipped within 4 days after ordering and unfortunately arrived slightly damaged from transit. The ceramic tube was cracked from travel which honestly would be a miracle if it made it across the country intact. I emailed customer service at 5pm and within 10 minutes they responded and already started the process of shipping me out a new piece, complete with video on how to replace. It also arrived within about a week and was a breeze to replace and then finish set up.
Very well made and extremely easy to set up for one person.

It takes about 30-35 minutes to get to 140 degrees in a 65 degree basement and stays there - which is plenty hot. I would have loved to get a larger model so I could lay down but space is an issue in my home. Plenty of room to sit upright comfortably. I also love that you can turn on or off the ceramic heater individually from the infrared if it gets too warm.

Worth the cost both for the quality and the responsive and efficient customer service. Lifetime warranty is a huge plus. If you are considering buying one, this is the company to use

This amazing little sauna was packaged very well. Delivery was handled with extreme care.
Assembly was painlessly simple for me. I love everything about this sauna from the lights, speakers, glass door. The craftsmanship is pretty good.
The only down side from my perspective is it does take awhile to warm up. Which it does state in the description. It reaches 120 degrees after 25 minutes. Max's out around 145 ish after another 20 to 25 mins. Other than the heating time I really love this sauna. It's beautiful and sleek.

My husband and I live in a one bedroom condo, 650 sq ft. It was my husband’s idea to get the sauna, I was admittedly hesitant if it would comfortably fit. I did a ton of research, and the lifetime warranty really sealed the deal for me. This is quality is amazing and a really fair price. I got 2 Himalayan salt bricks to put under my feet, this helps detox and also magnesium is absorbed through the feet. I am so glad that we got the extra hot model, it heats up in no time and so far we have not maxed out the temperature. This is a very good-looking sauna and I’m so happy with our purchase.

I have had a great experience with this company so far. The delivery date was when they had stated and the company who delivered the sauna was very professional and brought the 3 boxes in and set them where I had designated. I was skeptical about the reviews on how easy this was to assemble but I was wrong. It is best with two people, since the panels are fairly large. It also helps so one can hold a side in place while the other slides the front panel into position but it could be done with one person if necessary. It took me and a girlfriend less than 20 minutes to unpack and assemble from start to finish. The craftmanship of the product and wood is very good, it's not flimsy or cheap in anyway. Myself and my husband have both used the sauna about 10 times total now and we both love it! I get in when I turn it on and the temp starts around 89 degrees. My max time is about 30 minutes and I have made it up to 127 degrees in this timeframe. If you prefer it to be hotter but not stay in longer than 30 minutes, then I would suggest warming it up prior to getting in. The only thing I wish this one had, was a Bluetooth control inside for when you want to change your music without opening the door. Otherwise, this sauna is perfect especially if you have a smaller space.

I am very happy with my new sauna. It assembled easily but another person is helpful. The roof was tricky but I got inside the sauna and it dropped into place.
The sauna takes a little bit to heat up but that is expected. I have been using the sauna several times a week. The ceramic heater really kicks the heat up. I am probably in a full sweat in 5-7 minutes. The Bluetooth speaker and the colored lights are great accents.

I love this sauna. All the benefits and features in the product description hold true. The time it takes to heat up having it indoors but in an unheated zone is very much acceptable. The ceramic heater element is for real! This sauna has no problem reaching a temperature in which I break a nice sweat. The Bluetooth audio system will not disappoint. The lighting feature is really nice too. I was careful when assembling the sauna but assemble it with 2 people to be on the safe side - with 2 people assembly is easy. I can't say enough good things about this sauna - I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

The sauna was shipped very neatly and undamaged. It took me alone about 30 minutes to assemble, 2 people may be easier but I got it done with no problems. The speakers are great quality and the colored lights add a nice calming effect. I keep it in my garage with no issues, heats up nice and hott. Overall this unit is worth every penny. Oh and the life time warranty? That's just icing on the cake! Look how beautiful this thing is.
