Garner-902VS 2 Person Outdoor Far Infrared Sauna (Enhanced with Red Light Therapy)

We received our new outdoor sauna & it does not disappoint! One of the boxes was broken on delivery so one of the side walls was dented in & SalusHeat immediately responded to my email & sent a replacement with no hassle to return the old one. I highly recommend adding the additional purchase of flooring, although you will need to cut it to fit. The two person is very comfortable and a perfect space comfortably for one although two can fit tightly. Great product and you get your detox sweat within 10 minutes at the highest heat! I have already referred this to several of my friends who are also purchasing.

I’ve been raving about our purchase to friends and colleagues since we got it. To condense the decision process and review- I’ll use bullet points.

- we needed something that fit in a garage that gets fairly cold in the winter (30-40s), so we opted for an “outdoor” sauna to maximize heat retention
-we wanted something easy to put together and fit two athletic individuals
- construction is best with two people- but no tools required and is stable (and the wood smells GREAT!)
- it dos need a solo wall outlet dedicated to it where anything else plugged in should be low wattage. I tried running a space heater in the same wall outlet and this tripped the breaker (this is a good safety feature)
- measure the height you need! It’s fairly compact and will fit in surprisingly places.

As for the review:
- since I’ve gotten it, we’ve used it nearly every night, and have made it a nightly ritual
- takes about 20 minutes to preheat
- Bluetooth speakers are amazing (we watch tv through the glass)
- yes, it gets hot enough. Probably within 10 minutes now, I'm notably perspiring
- I WOULD recommend the red light feature if available. The other color options are great too (independent switches for three types of light- between “normal light”, rbg combinations, and infrared)
- it genuinely feels great during and after. I have decreased pain in several locations, and now I get to watch shows at night with my partner in a fun and health promoting way!!

We joke that it’s the best purchase we’ve ever made (including house and car). Easy recommend.

We love our Garner-902VS two-person sauna with the added red-light therapy - a big selling point was that I simply plug it into one of my outdoor GFCI outlets (I unplug it after every use as the Bluetooth speaker is always on). We also bought the Burlywood Interlocking Flooring Tiles (acacia) to enhance our sauna experience and the water-proof Windshield Outdoor Saunas Cover to protect it. It came well packed in three boxes and assembly was a breeze... it took me and a friend longer to unbox than it did to put it together. I probably could have built it by myself (if my wife would have let me) with a little struggling, but the second set of hands made each step in the assembly process super-easy. I really liked how it came in pre-assembled panels that went together so easily, even the electrical connections, if you will pardon a pun, were a snap! Once assembled, it was fantastic, the floor kit made it feel great when stepping into the sauna (I had to trim a row of floor-panels with a table saw to get them to go in with a custom snug fit) and I created an outdoor entrance pad with the excess floor panels. The sauna cover slid on easily and I was able to secure it under the base with a few bungie cords in the gromets that were thoughtfully placed in the bottom hem of the cover. After the build, I purchase two seat backs, first one as a 'test-case' for my wife (19.6"), and the second (20.8"- 'cause I'm three inches taller than her) once I saw how it really let me lean back without fearing I might touch the infrared heating panels. Note to others - either buy from SalusHeat or make sure you check the measurements and purchase the 19.6" size. If one it too long then the top will align with a "gap" in the installed wood protecting the heating panels, it will need something to cover the gap to prevent the wood from touching the heating panel (I used one of the pieces from the acacia trimmed from the flooring and it was the perfect side to cover the horizontal gap where the taller back landed). I also added a silicone shock absorber to the exterior of the two hinges to soften the contact with the wood as my wife told me it made her nervous if the wind caught it). As a personal convenience, I built a small custom display-shelf so I could insert my phone into the pocket of the shelf to keep it out of the way. Now that it is complete (ordered 8 Feb, delivered evening of 22 Feb, built 23 Feb) we have been enjoying it three times a week ever since. I'm 5'10" around 240 lbs, my wife will not let me share her weight, but she is normal human size, and we both fit in comfortably. It heats up quick (we live in southern California, so we start it up before we change clothes {about 10 mins} and then hop in) and the temps allows me to work up a really nice sweat. The sound system is easy to pair with my phone and sounds great. I added a sand timer to make it easy to monitor how much time we spend in there as the time really flies as we relax, chit chat, and listen to our favorite music (otherwise I would have to stand and turnaround to get a good look at the control panel). The color therapy is a nice touch, but I simply keep it on red to augment the red-light therapy. I have no complaints with the sauna and am very happy with our purchase.

We have been enjoying our sauna this winter! After purchase it arrived in short order and all the parts were present. I was able to move some of the panels from the garage to our back deck alone, but needed a neighbor for the heavier pieces. It took about 45 minutes to assemble with 2 people. I was able to plug into an outside electrical outlet and it has worked flawlessly. It takes about 30 minutes to heat up when it’s cold outside. We purchased the backrests, wood floor panels and the cover as extras and would recommend all of them. We enjoy the Bluetooth tunes.

We installed this outdoor 2-person infrared sauna a few months ago and it’s honestly been one of the best upgrades we’ve made to our home. The build quality is excellent — the wood feels solid and well-sealed for outdoor use, and it looks great in the backyard.

The infrared heaters warm up quickly and provide a really deep, relaxing heat without feeling overwhelming like traditional saunas sometimes can. Even after 20–30 minutes you feel incredibly relaxed and sweat a ton. It’s become part of our routine a few nights a week after workouts.

It comfortably fits two adults, and the controls are simple to use. I also love that it’s electric and energy efficient compared to a traditional wood or steam sauna.

Overall, if you’re considering an outdoor infrared sauna for recovery, relaxation, or general health, this one is absolutely worth it. It’s well-built, easy to use, and has turned our backyard into a mini spa.

Loved my purchase. It took 2 people to install within an hour. Just plug in and play! Controls and easy to use, including hooking up to the bluetooth speaker. Great for cold winter mornings! Customer service is very responsive- highly recommend!

Let me preface this review by saying that we relied on other reviews of this product to make our purchase. There were definitely some industrious souls out there that took on the labor of researching the best bargain and so far we agree with their conclusion that this is a Best Buy.

We took advantage of a black Friday deal that seemed to last for quite awhile lol. The sauna arrived way earlier than we expected; less than 2 weeks. Putting together was pretty straightforward. Had one small hold up when we realized one of the walls wasn’t all the way locked in but otherwise was pretty easy and took no more than 30-40 minutes. Def need two people. The sauna itself is a nice size but prob best for one person with feet up on bench since two people sitting upright won’t have their feet and calves feel as warm as upper body but you can fit two people fairly comfortably. Takes anywhere from 35 to 45 minutes to get up to 149 when the temperature is below 50°.

We did not get the cover because we thought it didn’t look as nice but we might go ahead and purchase one and use on colder days to help with insulation. We are also going to see about sealing around the glass at the bottom to help keep drafts out.

All in all - Does what it said it would do and has a nice cedar smell. Great place to meditate. We got the interlocking floor tiles and had to cut them up to make them fit but like it better than the floor it came with. Please note that they won’t fit in the entire bottom of the sauna without make some cuts.

This sauna is AWESOME! Once we received the 3 boxes we carefully unpacked and assembled in approx 20
Minutes. Very well made product. Have already used in single digit temps and it heated up great.
We did add the full cover to protect in the winter months.

Who needs a vacation when I can enjoy the beauty of Seattle all year round in my new 2 person outdoor sauna. Im a 36yo 145lb female and I was able to assemble this by myself. The pieces just slot together. Everything came in great condition, the cedar smells so good, and I've enjoyed it every single day. We also have a cold plunge, so it's been wonderful as part of a recovery circuit for our active lifestyle. My garmin has also been giving me my highest sleep scores. Recommend buying the back rest as well.

I had been contemplating an infrared sauna for a while but didn’t have a spot indoors and worried about putting something in my garage.
Until I found this outdoor sauna! It far exceeds my expectations and it’s been working perfectly since day one. It took 2 men about 30 minutes to get it all assembled. Speaker works great and I love the light therapy. The two person is perfect for me so I can lean against the wall and stretch a little. If you have the space- get it. The single would have been a little less comfy. Even my dog is envious :)

My wife and I recently purchased this 2-person sauna and overall, we’re very happy with it. The size is perfect for the two of us, it heats up quickly, and the materials feel sturdy and well-made. It has been a great addition to our wellness routine, and we really enjoy using it together.

The only drawback is that the infrared lights don’t seem to work, which was a bit of a disappointment since we were looking forward to that feature. However, the sauna still functions well without them, and we’ve been able to fully enjoy the experience.

All in all, it’s a solid product—comfortable, effective, and a good value for the price. If the infrared lights worked as intended, it would easily be a full 5-star purchase.

The garner 902VS 2 I purchased from SalusHEAT in July 2025 could not have been a more pleasing experience. Shipment was quick, cosnstructions was an easy task (2 people required) and Ive been enjoying it ever since.

From the beginning, customer service was great to work with. Our sauna arrived in a timely manner and took under an hour to set up. The only reason I am not giving 5/5 Stars is because 2 of the lights in the sauna do not work. Hoping it is an easy fix. Other than that, the sauna is very well constructed and looks great.
