We were not sure to expect with the Infrared Sauna, wondering if it would be as effective as the one at the gym, but it is. Additionally, it is easy to put to together and that eliminates a major headache. We would definitely purchase it again

After using this infrared sauna for the past week, I can genuinely say it’s become an integral part of my daily self-care ritual. The warmth is deeply soothing, the setup was surprisingly simple, and the unit heats efficiently around 135–140°F where I prefer and just melt into it. I’ve already noticed improvements in muscle recovery and mental clarity, especially when pairing it with red light therapy and post-sauna hydration.
It feels like a luxurious gift to myself each day.

That said, there were a couple of minor things worth noting: The Bluetooth connection is finicky, you have to unpair and reconnect sometimes more than once. But once it’s connected the speakers work fantastic. There was a cosmetic damage/hole on the floor, these were small trade-offs compared to the value I’ve received.
10/10 I’m soooo glad I invested in this.

I bought this on the good reviews and it has not disappointed me. It was so thoughtful for the company to do so much assembly that literally all you need to do is fit pieces together. No tools required. It heats up wonderfully. The lights and speakers are great! My only regret is not buying the bigger one! I have noticed a slight air leak between the glass and the door jam, but it doesn’t seem to really affect the heat up. I plan to contact the company and am sure they will have a remedy for me. I highly recommend this sauna. I am so so pleased with my purchase

This is a great sauna. High quality craftsmanship. This is one of the few companies that make saunas entirely in the USA. High made in the America quality at good prices. Easy to put together with easy to follow instructions. Everything works beautifully. Highly recommend.

For the most part, I am enjoying the outdoor sauna. My husband said assembly was fairly easy! Operation of the sauna is easy, just have to give it time to heat up. When outside temps are mild the sauna works great. However in Michigan, it has been in the teens so the sauna isn’t staying as worm. There are some obvious gaps in the door at the hinges that are contributing to the heat loss. Not crazy about the red roof.

I am very happy with this sauna for the price point and value! It heats up very quickly, 5-10 minutes to full 149 on a hot day and about 15-20 on a cold day. I am usually dripping in sweat by 135 degrees. The BT speakers are such a nice added feature. I love the lights + different colors for the chroma therapy, helps give the experience such a spa feel. Shipping was packed great, assembly took roughly 20 ish minutes, husband and me, no problems. We broke one little interior trim piece putting a wall up but it popped back into place easy, no biggie, can’t even tell now. This was just what I was looking for, it looks great in my backyard! Don’t hesitate, I’m glad I did the upgraded mahogany as I’m in a very dry and cold winter climate.

It's been a month and I am very pleased with this product. I did my research prior to my purchase and customer support answered all my questions in a timely manner. Assembly was straight forward and easy to use. Bluetooth is one of my favorite features. Cleaning and maintenance have been easy so far. I definitely would recommend this product.

I'm new to infrared saunas, I recently used one for the first time at a relative's house. I liked the experience, but my family member's unit only had two heating elements and after working up a sweat I noticed that I got cold on my sides. One of the reasons I purchased this specific unit was because of the additional heating pads along the sides and near the feet. I couldn't be happier with it! I love that it heats up fast, the temperature and intensity are adjustable, it features an easy to clean floor, and the reading light includes an LED light strip underneath the bench. Set up was also a breeze, my mom and I had it out of the box and put together in less than 30 minutes. Overall I don't think I'd find a better unit for the money in terms of build quality and features. I would absolutely purchase again!!

I received my sauna about 26 days ago. The delivery occurred rather quickly, less than 2 weeks. I had a friend assemble the sauna with a bit of my help. It took us about an hour.
I absolutely love this sauna. It fits perfectly on my back patio area. The wood and construction are top quality. I use the sauna about 3-4 days a week. I also cycle its use with my cold plunge.
I am so pleased I purchased this sauna and wonder why it took me so long to buy it.

I am reaping innumerable health benefits. I have lost 14 pounds so far, I'm definitely sleeping better, after going off Zoloft, I'm definitely more relaxed after a session, my aches and pains are leaving, and I feel awesome afterward. This is the most amazing sauna and I had no idea you could even purchase something like this for home use. My son has a cedar one and I really enjoyed the smell as well. I was apprehensive when I read this was Canadian Hemlock, but the smell is amazing. The lighting is awesome and I use my phone to pipe in relaxation Bluetooth music. The speakers work fantastic. Assembly was super quick and easy for my son to do himself. My sauna is overlooking my very tranquil yard including bird feeders and koi pond, so even more relaxing. I love that you can adjust the heat intensity, which my son's sauna doesn't have. I also love the flooring, as I have gotten splinters from my son's wooden floor and at my age, I prefer walking on a flat surface. The sauna heats up quickly and I feel so much better afterward, that I have told everyone I meet, including nurses and doctors how fantastic it is. I feel like a walking commercial for home sauna use, but I strongly believe in the major health benefits I have already gained in the two months I have owned it. Thrilled to death with my purchase...worth every penny.

Nice small sauna that fit the area I have fir rit but it does take a while to heat up. Reached out to customer service but they were not of much help.

I’ve been looking for an outdoor sauna for months, and am super happy with the turnout of this single person sauna. It ticked all my boxes, good price, outdoor design, 120v outlet (no electrician needed).

It does smell really good even 3 weeks after using it 4x a week.

It was pretty easy to assemble. It comes in 3 massive boxes and is about 8 panels you assemble together. It takes about 20min to heat up……. overall very satisfied!

There was a delay in the fulfillment but it arrived before Christmas. There was no reply to my questions about delivery until I received a tracking number a few weeks later. It does plug into a standard outlet but we need to run a separate electrical line. It was not hard to assemble. The key was to make sure the front door was square to be able to put the roof on. It takes about 20 minutes to heat but my husband loves his Christmas present!

I’m very stoked for my new sauna purchase.. 44 years old and I put my body through the wringer, practicing jujitsu and stain on top of weight training and intense cardio work. Recovery is everything to be able to keep myself at this level of physical intensity.. after a week of using the sauna, for about an hour a day, I’m already noticing my body, feeling more relaxed, less inflamed, and my muscles less tight.
The company has really impressed me.. initially I was very disappointed, because the glass door was delivered in 1 million small pieces. It shattered during transit. Unfortunately I did not notice until the day after receiving it when I went to put it together.. I left a email with the company on a Saturday night. I was surprised that they got back to me within a couple of hours and informed me that they were looking into the issue, and had asked for a couple of photos to help them hold the shipping company responsible for the mishap.. within a few days a shipping invoice for a new door was sent. Around 10 days later, the new package was received and was intact.. I was able to assemble myself, though it was a little bit tricky I must admit. It took me about 40 minutes once I had everything unpacked to assemble it and get it plugged in..it heats up to 149F in about 10 minutes, and I am beading up sweat after 15…. I’m dripping sweat within 20.. by the end of a full hour, I have a nice little puddle of perspiration at my feet. It’s glorious!

Super easy to install and works as advertised. If you are looking for a small outdoor infrared sauna this is the one. Smells great too!

This product came in two weeks with no issues. It was very easy to put together by myself but make sure you level the base. It would have been easier to put together with two people, but I managed. I am 6’2” and a t is a snug fit but doable. I would recommend a two person if you want to relax more. I am very happy with my purchase and enjoying its benefits every day!
