This is a great sauna.
The unit was delivered in 3 boxes to my front door. All boxes were in good shape and not damaged. The shipping company was great to work with, providing text updates and delivery was earlier than expected.
I removed each piece of the sauna from each box and moved them individually to our home gym for assembly. This made it easy to carry each piece and also gave me room to work on assembly. The packing material takes up a great deal of space so I recommend unpacking, then assembly.
All pieces were in perfect shape and nothing was missing.
Once in the gym, assembly was easy and only took me 30 minutes to complete alone. The back and side walls insert into a base unit then interconnect with hidden hardware. This is a great feature and makes for a seamless exterior design. After the walls and base were interconnected the wiring is easily pulled to the top cover and interconnected via 4 access panels. (Two person assembly is recommended and would be even easier.)
I installed this unit in a closet by removing the closet slider doors. The unit fits in the 48" opening with about 1/2" of room on each side . This unit is deeper than most others I looked at this price point. My closet is roughly 46" deep so the sauna fits with extra space behind it. It almost looks built in. (See Pictures) I also installed a dedicated 20 Amp electric receptacle for plugging the sauna in. The sauna will work on a standard 15 Amp plug, but I wanted a dedicated service to limit power drops on the remaining receptacles or lights in the gym.
The unit is a perfect fit for a single user, although two people can fit snugly. The redundant controls (outside and inside) are easy to use. The controls are only in Celsius. The unit can be set up to 65 C (150 F). There is a timer setting as well. LED colored lights provide many color options. The sauna also has LED white lights for reading. The Bluetooth unit is easy to sync and the sound is good quality.
I recommend turning the unit on for 20 minutes before use to reach your desired temperature. The seat is sturdy and deep which provides comfort and a non confining experience. The heaters do get hot, so take caution when leaning back against the wood slats not to touch the heaters. The door heater is a great addition in comparison to other units I looked at, providing heat from 360 degrees.
I installed a small essential oil diffuser that is a great accessory as it releases scents when the oils get warm.
We have used the sauna probably an average of 4 days a week and have had great experience with it since February 2023. We noticed that the first few times we used it, our bodies did not release much perspiration. As we use it more, we are experiencing more rapid perspiration. We feel energized after each use.
I highly recommend this sauna.
The sauna went together super easily and worked as expected. It heats up very quickly, I can get it to 50 C in 15 minutes or so. The display is only in C (F is apparently not an option) but that's not a big deal. Bluetooth connected to my phone easily. The white light is bright enough for reading, and the colored lights are a nice touch. My one disappointment is that the EMF is a bit higher than expected, but not terrible. Where I'd sit was generally below 2 µT, and in most spots below 1 µT. I measured a max of 10 µT in a corner right between 2 heater panels, but you couldn't get your body there. I've not measured any other IR saunas so I don't know how they'd compare. Overall I'm happy with the purchase of this one, and the seller was great.

We have had this for about three months now and can say that we are very happy with the investment. Super easy to put together. I installed in an existing closet and it fits perfect and looks like it was built in. Heats up to 145 degrees in about 20 min. Bluetooth works great and sounds good enough for a sauna.
I really have nothing to say negative against this. If your looking for a sauna do not be afraid to buy this one.

5 stars two ways: the sauna is perfect-- I love it-- be careful putting it together (I didn't follow the directions, did it myself, the door broke--it's tempered glass- I vacuumed for a week and still find small little pieces-- don't be an idiot like me!) and yet, when I called the company, explained I was this fool, they discounted the replacement part and got it out to me quickly-- within a week I had the sauna working and have used it every day since.I'm a fan of infrared saunas-- instantly better sleep; if you do it after a workout, you'll sleep beautifully and recover for tomorrow's workout at the same time. Product- 5 stars-- customer service 5 stars; if you're thinking of this-- just do it. You'll be happy you did.
The company Salusheat was excellent to work with. Shipping company CEVA Logistics, not so much. There were lots and lots of hiccups with my delivery, which was clearly no reflection on Salusheat. They did everything they could to help me out. I just hope they consider using a different shipping company in the future.As for the sauna itself, it is exactly what I had hoped for. It is a match to the quality and results of the sauna I used at the gym (pre-COVID shutdown). The unit is designed well and performs well. I am tight on space, so I put it in my bedroom and I actually love the look of it in here. I have it facing the TV so I can watch while I sit in my infrared sauna. Pretty sweet setup!
1st of all. I DO NOT RIGHT REVIEWS. I'm only writing this because I looked so long for the right Sauna. This one is it! After I purchased the 2 person Sauna the seller contacted me right away thanking me for my purchase. Any question that I had he would respond within 30 mins to an hour. As for the sauna, It is easier setting it up than it is getting it out the box. I assembled mine within 20 minutes. The bluetooth speakers work great as well. I use it twice a day. Once in the morning and before I get ready for bed. It is SO RELAXING!!!! I've been sleeping better and I feel so refreshed after I come out. I hope my review helps ease minds of cautious buyers. I was so skeptical of buying this because there are so many on the market and I wanted the right one. This is the absolute best one for the price and quality. VERY HIGH QUALITY TOO! It looks so great in my house.
I looked around at different sizes and prices of infrared saunas and decided to give this one a try. It seemed to have what I wanted in an infrared sauna and the price was reasonable. Couldn't have been easier to assemble. It took me longer to unpack the boxes than it did to connect everything up and plug it in. The site says you need two people to put this thing together. I am probably the exception. The UPS guy was able to unload the boxes right where I was going to put it and I fairly easily managed to put it together by myself. The only issue I had, which I wish the instructions had mentioned: I had to slightly adjust the glass on the door to keep it from rubbing along the bottom. To do that, you just slightly loosen the screws holding the hinge to the glass, then adjust the glass so it will open and close without rubbing. Then tighten the screws again.This is definitely a one person sauna. There's not a whole lot of room to move around once you sit down, but it does heat up to 140 degrees quickly--within 5 to 7 minutes. I can put my hands over my head though. The temperature maintains at 140 for about 15 minutes, then will cool down to 134 or 132 for a few minutes, but quickly gets back up to 140. I assume that's to keep parts from overheating. Some people mentioned this in their comments as "won't maintain temperature". I'm not finding it to be a real issue.The speakers are quality. I can connect my phone to the Bluetooth without any type of pairing process. Music sounds great, as do podcasts. The controls are simple to operate. Once you have a time and temperature set, all you do it hit the power button and it repeats the last cycle you did.I have had joint and inflammation issues for many years. The medication I take helps, but using this infrared sauna is really making a different in my overall pain level, as well as flexibility and movement. 20 minutes in the sauna followed by a cold shower and I feel like a million bucks! Great purchase. I'm very happy with it.
It was difficult to assemble since whoever drilled the hooks on, drilled them upside down which we had to correct. Also, some of the pieces weren't sitting all the way down, again due to poor quality control. It can be a nightmare putting this together but once you do, you'll love it.
Love this sauna! Doesn’t take up much room and looks very nice. I don’t think I’ve had it long enough to give a fair review but so far so good. We contacted the sellers and had a response from them immediately. I would recommend it for sure!

This sauna heats up to 140 in about 17 minutes. I like the fact the door actually has an infrared panel on it so you are completely surrounded by heating panels I bought this for the many health benefits and use it about 30 minutes a day after the 3rd I started getting more deep sleep according to my Oura ring sleep and activity monitor and am now getting twice the deep sleep after 2 weeks!

Arrived a week late due to shipping issues. Well-packaged and fast, and easy set up (solo). Smells nice (wood). Heats up quickly (15min). A little on the small size (short and narrow) but the glass door allows less claustrophobic feel (if you are). BT and speakers are great. Control panel on the inside. My only complaint right now (one use, so far) is the very unattractive, ugly, cold/dead-looking, light bulb inside. Doesn't appear i can change it - seems well-sealed - probably LED/energy saver build hence the cold-ugly look. What a shame! What would work better? Perhaps a Red near- infrared bulb instead or color-changing bulb? Unless i've completely missed something...i will double-check amenities.

04. Can the indoor saunas be placed outside under covered patio?
Outdoor saunas have even less impact because of the added water barrier and the sealant on windows, etc.
05. What type of wood are the Purity-902CH saunas made from?
If you are looking for an odorless wood, then Hemlock is the obvious choice for you.
This inconspicuous wood will blend into your home as the color resonates as a pale white or a light brown.
If you choose Hemlock and later wish to incorporate the aromatherapy of cedar into your experience you can always bring the essential oil of Cedar into the sauna with you or light some Cedar incense.
For those individuals who are highly sensitive to scent, Hemlock will be a better option for you.
