I was excited to assemble and use my new sauna the day it arrived, and I have used it now for 21 consecutive days since! I found the assembly to be as easy as advertised and was able to do it with no assistance. I am pleasantly surprised by how quickly the sauna heats up, significantly reducing my "wait time" to use it. As a six-foot tall man, I was happy to find this 75"H model that allows me to alternate between standing and sitting while using it. The lighting options allow for enjoying various moods, providing for reading as well, and the speakers work well when I opt for music instead. The small footprint allowed me to squeeze the sauna comfortably into my bedroom when I had few other viable options. I have been benefiting from an infrared sauna at a sauna studio for over a year. I liked the sauna but it was getting challenging finding appointment times that met my schedule and I didn't always have childcare for my kids. My husband and I stumbled upon SalusHeat saunas when researching if an in-home sauna would work for us. SalusHeat met all of the requirements. Before purchasing, I reached out via email to SalusHeat with questions. They responded timely, politely and answered all of my questions.
The wood saunas are made from Canadian Hemlock. They offer Ultra-Low EMF Far Infrared with the option to add on a Red Light, which we did. The Ample-901SH 1 Person Ultra-Low EMF Far Infrared Sauna has an app that uses bluetooth to turn on and off and adjust the settings. When I'm in the kitchen finishing dinner I can turn the sauna on from my phone. This is nice so the sauna can heat up while I'm cleaning up. Another benefit of the in-home sauna is that all of us can use the sauna. Our kids sit in the sauna for short amount of time at a lower temperature to relax, recovery after sports and to stay healthy.
Recently, one of our daughters tested positive for FluA. She had been really close to her sister the 24 hours before. That other daughter, nor any of the rest of us, got sick. I believe this was partially due to using the sauna regularly. My husband uses the sauna to relax and loose weight. I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease and am on medication that lowers my immune system response leaving me more susceptible to illness. I didn't get sick when caring for my daughter with FluA or my son when he had a nasty cold. Again, I believe regular sauna sessions played a role in me staying healthy. Using the sauna regularly (3-4 times/week) keeps my auto-immune symptoms in remission. When I was going to the sauna studio I would go 4-5 days without a session because I couldn't fit it into our schedule. Internally, I would start to feel off and just didn't move as smoothly when working out. Since getting the SalusHeat in-home sauna I have been able to sauna regularly and am feeling great!!
The delivery was easy and timely. The set-up was easy yet took my husband and I over an hour to do. I think it took that long because we were going slow and making sure we didn't scuff anything while carrying each panel upstairs to the workout room.
The only thing I wish we would have done differently was ordered the 2-person sauna. lol. If you're on the fence of a sauna I say go for it because you won't regret it. SalusHeat saunas are great and a wonderful addition to our home.

I order my Sauna and it was shipped and delivered at the expected time. One of the glass door panels broke during install and the company sent me a new panel with no hassle. Delivery again was prompt and customer service was great. I’m in my sauna now writing this review and it works awesome!
I won’t lie, it’s been a long road to getting my sauna, though none of it was Salusheat’s fault and the support I received was second to none. It initially arrived ahead of schedule but one of the glass doors shattered during installation, so one whole side panel had to be replaced. They sent the replacement right away, but unfortunately it *arrived* shattered. They once again sent a replacement and even offered, without me even asking, to reimburse me for the cost of disposal of the broken panels.
At long last though, I have my sauna and it is great, especially for the price. Assembly was relatively easy, the lighting options are great, it heats up about as quickly as I’d expect in my relatively cold basement, plugs right into a standard wall outlet with no issues, and the sound is far better than I expected from the Bluetooth speakers.
Two minor points of possible improvement: the instructions are not great. Assembly is pretty easy but there were some steps that would’ve been easier if the written instruction were clearer and/or the pictures were larger. Also, the app is a little on the janky/glitchy side. Would love to see an update to that someday. But again, these are minor issues at this price point and I am overall extremely pleased!
