Got this sauna white glove delivered in Los Angeles area. There was a small issue that the delivery staff had to return for which they did in a surprisingly rapid manor actually on Thanksgiving day, this company gives great service which is hard to find nowadays. For safety reasons, we automatically turn off the power to the ceramic heater when both the carbon plate heater and the monitor reach 149 degrees. This allows the carbon plate heater, which provides more even and gentle heating, to continue providing a comfortable sauna experience. However, you can still turn the ceramic heaters back on to continue warming up the cabin.
