We happened upon a home show in our town and were intrigued by the infra-red saunas on display. I did about 2 months of research and came upon this model. First the delivery was great and as advertised with everything coming in good condition. While on a work call/meeting I was able to take all of the components out and put together by myself only needing assistance to put the roof of it in place. Second I think this is the appropriate size as it gives a bit more space than the 1-person but is small enough that it heats up in our basement in about 20-30 minutes. I traditionally use it in the morning and feel much better when rolling into work. So we have owned this for almost a year with no issues.
I purchased this sauna for my wife for Christmas. It was easy to put together with the help of my 15 year old daughter. The electrical parts were easy to connect. And, there is no need for anything but a standard wall outlet. The lighting is fun. The panels heat up quickly. My wife doesn't even use the highest heat setting because it is too warm for her. No problems or issues. We would buy it again.
Installed this sauna in under an hour with 2 people - great engineering, construction, and attention to detail. Everything fit together perfectly; electrical connections were easy and secure; all wood and surfaces are unblemished and really attractive. We have it in an unheated, uninsulated mudroom in the mountains of northern NY state. It gets to 149 degrees in about an hour at an outdoor temp of 12 degrees F. Everything works as it should and no weird odors from substandard wood like other saunas we've bought. The first guests to use it (it's in an Airbnb) loved how simple it is to operate and especially appreciated the Bluetooth speakers.

My husband and I bought the sauna as an early Christmas present to ourselves and it was the best decision we made! It was easy to put together with the help of our son and we used it right away!! It’s the perfect size for the space next to our workout area. My husband and I have been in it together multiple times and it’s a great size for the two of us! We chat, listen music, relax under the multicolored lights and sweat! We highly recommend this sauna and suggest getting the backrest as well to really help you relax.
I would not recommend Salus Heat for any purchase. I ordered a 902 BH 2 person sauna in early December 2024. It came 3 weeks later and was damaged. I refused delivery as the glass portion was shattered in shipment. I have tried repeatedly to contact them in the last month by phone and only got a busy signal. I sent an email to salus heat support and received an apologetic email that they were going to send another unit. Tried calling again with no one answering their customer service only to have to correspond via email again. They told me that another unit was shipped but received no confirmation of that happening from their 3rd party shipping company. Now I received an email from Salus Heat asking me how I am enjoying my new sauna. Wow! Talk about a company that has no clue about customer service. I haven't even received the sauna. I highly recommend not purchasing a sauna from this website as their customer service is non existent. They received my payment a month ago and I am still without a sauna with no idea when I can expect to see it. I suggest that if you are buying a sauna on line to make sure you can talk to a person in customer service before ordering. Extremely disappointed. Do not order from Salus Heat.
