All parts of the SalusHEAT sauna are already in boxes and ready to be shipped. Our fulfillment partners are all doing their best to (safely) get your order out and delivered to you as fast as possible. We kindly ask for your patience with our fulfillment centers and parcel carriers in the US. And we have deep partnerships as FedEx, so you can ship faster and save more than other brands.

The logistics provider for our saunas is FedEx, they will deliver the goods directly to your home, and before that, they will call you to confirm that you can sign for it at home.
Please note: we currently DO NOT drop ship to PO Boxes.
30-DAY RETURN
As the shopping spree season approaches, we want to make sure that you have peace of mind when purchasing gifts for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. To ensure that your gifts are still covered by our return guarantee, we have extended the validity period from 14 days to a generous 30 days. This way, you can shop early and have plenty of time to return or exchange any items if needed before they are delivered.
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving the order provided that they are undamaged and unopened, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible of the shipping charge for change-of-mind returns.
We are vigilant about product quality, but occasionally something might fall through the cracks. If your product is defective or incorrect order is shipped, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping).

- The warranty period is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

If the repair was caused by the following situations, you will be charged for material replacement only.
- Improper use and operations.
- Operating device without complying with the required working voltage.
- Reassemble after the supplier’s installation.
