<p>The logistics provider for our saunas is FedEx, they will deliver the goods directly to your home, and before that, they will call you to confirm that you can sign for it at home.</p>

<p>As the shopping spree season approaches, we want to make sure that you have peace of mind when purchasing gifts for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. To ensure that your gifts are still covered by our return guarantee, we have extended the validity period from 14 days to a generous 30 days. This way, you can shop early and have plenty of time to return or exchange any items if needed before they are delivered.</p>
<p>If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving the order provided that they are undamaged and unopened, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible of the shipping charge for change-of-mind returns.</p>
