It took me a minute to get adjusted to the size as i am a bigger person, but after a couple of sessions i am super comfortable and happy with my purchase! We've had our sauna for about a week now and we love it. This one is the smallest size sauna we could find and it fits perfectly in the space we have. And it's plenty roomy for one person. If we wanted to, my mom and I can both fit in it at the same time. The IR sauna came in 2 huge boxes and went together easily. I did it myself but another person would have been helpful. It fits right in my bathroom. From unboxing in my garage to installation of the 6 panels was a little over an hour. It would have been faster and easier if I had a second person helping. Everything works as advertised...Light, speakers, heaters. Just keep in mind, this sauna is small. I'm 5'6" and cannot stand fully upright inside. However, this is exactly what was advertised and what I needed for my small downstairs space. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Honestly couldn't be happier. Easy to assemble and got up to temp fast. I even bought an EMF meter with it and it was around .01-.03 at the highest so absolutely no worries there. Easy set up so we had placement options, heats up to 140F in 15 minutes or less. Though we can’t stand up in it, we’re fine with sitting. We like the small size because it doesn’t take up too much energy. I messaged the company about the footplate that broke, and they shipped the replacement part faster than I expected. We do use double towels on the seat now because of the sweat stains from our use. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

I like the quality and the rich look of the cedar wood and it’s aroma. I purchase this for health. The sauna was easy to installed due to excellent workmanship. Two seniors hauled it upstairs and installed it in our master bedroom. The sauna heats up very fast. Surprised how much I sweat on the second day. This is only day four. Hope things continue the same way for many use to come. Installed a remote power switch to eliminate unplugging the sauna after using it as recommended. Bluetooth capability is great. The seller respond to a Bluetooth question immediately. As of now I would recommend this sauna. Delivery time was acceptable seeing how large and heavy the two box were and where it came from. The thermostat controls are excellent.
I use it at full heat of 140°. Usually it follows a good workout at the health club, then the hot tub.

I also sometimes use it alone meaning no workout or hot tub.

I like the quality and the rich look of the cedar wood and it’s aroma. I purchase this for health. The sauna was easy to installed due to excellent workmanship. Two seniors hauled it upstairs and installed it in our master bedroom. The sauna heats up very fast. Surprised how much I sweat on the second day. This is only day four. Hope things continue the same way for many use to come. Installed a remote power switch to eliminate unplugging the sauna after using it as recommended. Bluetooth capability is great. The seller respond to a Bluetooth question immediately. As of now I would recommend this sauna. Delivery time was acceptable seeing how large and heavy the two box were and where it came from. Thanks to the seller for keeping us informed during the delivery process.

I love my sauna.
My grandson and I assembled it in an hour or so carefully following the instructions. I have it on my back deck.
It seems to be very well made.
The thermostat controls are excellent.
I use it at full heat of 140°. Usually it follows a good workout at the health club, then the hot tub.
I sweat profusely which is the goal. I love the infrared heating as opposed to water/steam/rocks, etc.
I also sometimes use it alone meaning no workout or hot tub.
It was a great investment in my health. I'm 75 years old and in great shape and this sauna is a major contributor.
I would recommend it to anyone.
