SalusHEAT 2026 World Cup Predictor – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of SalusHEAT, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on June 16, 2026 and ends on June 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be submitted via the official entry form by the deadline. Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter, visit the typeform link , complete the entry form by providing:

• Full name

• Email address

• Prediction of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Champion (one team selection)

All entries must be submitted electronically through the official form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same email address or individual will be disqualified.

Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without completing the online form, hand‑print your name, email address, phone number, and your predicted champion team on a 3" x 5" postcard and mail it to:

Mailed entries must be postmarked by June 28, 2026 and received by July 5, 2026 to be eligible. One entry per postcard.

4. How Winners Are Determined

After the 2026 FIFA World Cup final (scheduled for July 19, 2026), the actual 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams will be confirmed using official FIFA results.

Prize matching is based on the final ranking of the team you selected:

First Prize Limitation: A maximum of ten (10) First Prizes (value: $349 each) will be awarded. If more than ten (10) entrants correctly selected the Champion, all correct entries will be placed into a random drawing, and ten (10) winners will be selected at random to receive the First Prize. The remaining correct entries will not receive a prize for the First Prize tier, but may still be eligible for Second or Third Prizes if their selected team finished 2nd or 3rd.

All drawings are final and binding. The random drawing process will be recorded and made available for public viewing upon request.

5. Prizes

 

First Prize Alternate Allocation (if fewer than 10 correct entries):

• If 1–10 entrants correctly predict the Champion: All receive First Prize.

• If 11 or more entrants correctly predict the Champion: Random drawing (as described in Section 4) selects 10 winners.

• If all 10 First Prize slots are filled and a tie‑breaker is still needed due to an exact number of 11 or more correct entries, the random drawing is the sole determinant.

Gift Card Terms: The $100 SalusHEAT Gift Card has no expiration date, is non‑refundable, and may only be used for purchases on the SalusHEAT website. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Accessory selection must be chosen from the available accessories on the SalusHEAT website at the time of prize claim.

6. Prize Transferability and Cash Redemption

Prizes are transferable. Winners may designate an alternative recipient for their prize by providing written notice (email or postal mail) to SalusHEAT within 14 days of winner notification. The designated recipient must meet all eligibility requirements.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged for other merchandise or services, except at the sole discretion of SalusHEAT. No substitution of prizes is permitted, except that SalusHEAT reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Notification and Claim Process

Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form within 7 days following the World Cup final (by approximately July 26, 2026).

To claim a prize, winners must:

1. Reply to the notification email within 7 calendar days.

2. Provide full shipping address, phone number, and (for First Prize) select their preferred sauna size.

3. Complete and sign any required affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited).

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, fails to provide required information, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

First Prize Winners: If a First Prize winner forfeits their prize, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn from the remaining pool of entrants who correctly predicted the Champion.

Winner Announcement: A list of winners (first name and state of residence) will be published on the SalusHEAT website and social media channels after winners have been confirmed.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, each winner grants SalusHEAT permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy and Data Use

All personal information collected during this contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and notifying winners. Entrants' email addresses may also be used for future promotional communications only if the entrant has provided explicit opt‑in consent via the checkbox on the entry form.

SalusHEAT does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. For more details, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SalusHEAT, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property that may arise in connection with this contest or the receipt, possession, or use of any prize.

11. Disqualification and Cancellation

SalusHEAT reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. SalusHEAT also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California.

14. Official Rules Availability

A copy of these Official Rules will be available on the SalusHEAT website during the Contest Period and for at least 30 days following the conclusion of the contest. Winners list will also be available upon written request to the Sponsor.
