Extremely easy to assemble and even easier to use! The product is of high quality and has already become a part of our daily routine.

Delivery was speedy, unfortunately, the shipper damaged the back panel. Salus requested pictures, and a new panel was delivered in 5 days to us in Florida. Assembly was easier than unboxing, as has been noted. The lights and speakers all work great. The app is easy to use. It's only Bluetooth, not wifi, so I cannot turn it on away from home. We have had some cool mornings, so it does take 45 minutes to warm up to 129 from 60. I'm not sure I want the Velcro or suction door insulators, as I like the full glass doors. The model with the extra heater on the door should be considered. Ours is located on a screened-in patio in NE Fla. We've used it 5 of the seven days it's been plugged in and even talked about a 2 a daze (lol). Great for the joints, skin, and edema treatment. Perfect size for us, but the 3-person corner unit would be even better. Great price and easy communication with the company for assistance.

The sauna arrived in 3 large boxes about 2 weeks after I ordered it! I did include delivery to room of choice since it is only myself. It was very well packaged and was fairly easy to set up! It took about an hour and a half to assemble. The wood is very nice quality, and it heats up very fast! Gets to 149 in 34 minutes! There is a large draft at the bottom of the door and the company recommends placing a seal which I did and it helped a lot! I look forward to using it every day!!!

First of all, it arrived promptly and put together easily. It feels like I am in Maui on the beach. I love the warmth. My only negative is is warms your upper body, but not your lower body.

This sauna far exceeded my expectations! I put it together myself in about 45 minutes. All sections fit perfectly and I am impressed with the how clear the hemlock is. Once assembled, I am very impressed with the over quality. The Bluetooth connection was flawless so I can listen to music, audiobooks, radio shows, etc. I highly recommend this to anyone seeking a quality one-person Far Infrared sauna.

The sauna looks fantastic, works flawlessly, and feels like a high-quality product. There was a small issue at delivery, but the company handled it well and ensured we were satisfied. Overall, we’re really pleased with both the product and especially the customer support team. Would definitely recommend!

After using the sauna for almost 5 months, my only regret is not investing sooner. As a 5’4” women, I wanted to be able to enjoy with my family, friends and have the ability to lay down on a bench when relaxing by myself. It is the perfect size for all situations. The sauna warms up quickly. I love the chromotherapy lights- I tend to keep on red, but have used other settings. The blue tooth is easy to use and a great feature. We purchased the cover and haven’t put it on yet- will be doing that now that winter is approaching. Overall, very pleased with the sauna purchase and enjoying the health benefits it offers!

Got this sauna white glove delivered in Los Angeles area. There was a small issue that the delivery staff had to return for which they did in a surprisingly rapid manor actually on Thanksgiving day, this company gives great service which is hard to find nowadays. Great company to work with and Luna was very kind!!

Me and my son just got out of there and it reaches max temp fast and I’m pretty sure it’s hotter than 149F. You will really start sweating in a short amount of time.

Overall, it was fairly easy to assemble. One side seemed a bit defective at first—it didn’t click into place as smoothly as the other side—but we were able to make it work with a little effort. The biggest drawback is the heat-up time. It takes around 40 minutes just to reach 130°, which is longer than expected. Other than that, it’s been good so far.

Makes it much easier to just relax in the sauna on the back rest without worrying about getting too close to the heat

I am very happy with my purchase of this sauna and also with the customer service of this company. I had a few questions during the shipping window that they answered promptly. I was able to set the unit up all by myself and it only took about 40 minutes. If you read the instructions you should not run into any issues. I cannot believe that we've had this sauna for almost a month now and I have used it almost every day! I feel fantastic and am happy that I spent the money on this as it will greatly improve my mental and physical health. I have already recommended this company to a few friends! I have included a picture to show how well it sits in our spare bedroom even with our Peloton there. Also we fashioned a few hooks on the outside of the sauna to hang our towels and exercise clothes. Our spare bedroom is now looking like our own personal gym!

Better than expected, easy to assemble, great quality.

This is my first infrared sauna, and I have been repeatedly telling friends how great it is. It shipped pretty quick, went together easily with no problems, heats up well, and everything just works. I've noticed it's really helping my recovery after long hikes when my muscles are sore and ache. I'm VERY happy with it.

I can't quite believe I have a sauna on my back patio! The sauna itself is attractive, kind of a ski lodge vibe. The inside is comfy for two people. It heats up quickly and I love the chromotherapy.

I am very satisfied with my infrared sauna . I wish it had a little bit more legroom just to be able to extend your legs would be nice it's a little cramped . But other than that it is a great product and I've used it everyday so far. Customer service was excellent when I called in.

I had been contemplating an infrared sauna for a while but didn’t have a spot indoors and worried about putting something in my garage.
Until I found this outdoor sauna! It far exceeds my expectations and it’s been working perfectly since day one. It took 2 men about 30 minutes to get it all assembled. Speaker works great and I love the light therapy. The two person is perfect for me so I can lean against the wall and stretch a little. If you have the space- get it. The single would have been a little less comfy. Even my dog is envious :)

I determine to make a safe space therapy room where each wall in the room was a zone for restoration. I had everything I needed except how to detox and renew. No one believed me when I said it was affordable. I can't say enough and so grateful that without hesitation this was by far a fruitful purchase with hopes of long-term use and benefits.

Very happy with the sauna. Delivery was very smooth and installation was even easier than I thought it would be. If you have two people to assemble, great, but I was able to put it together by myself in under an hour. It works well and strongly recommend the back rest.

I decided on a Salus Heat Sauna after an exhaustive 6 months of research and comparison shopping. I had already been using their portable infrared sauna and really liked it. I had no idea how much better my wellness routine was about to get.
Ordering: The whole order process was smooth once I decided on the model and size I wanted. I went with an outdoor, one-person model. I also opted for ultra-low emf.
Shipping and Delivery: Not one complaint. I knew exactly where the sauna was at all times and got a call the day before delivery to set up a time. The sauna arrived in 3 very well packed boxes. There was no visible damage to the packages.
Set-Up: I unboxed everything and moved the pieces to the final location for assembly. There is, as you can imagine, a lot of packing materials to break down and deal with. I was able to assemble the sauna by myself in under 30 minutes. The directions were very clear and the slip and lock assembly mechanisms were great.
First impressions: Wow. The sauna is beautiful. The mahogany is everything I wanted in an all-wood sauna. The glass door is heavy and well sealed. The details they put into a finished product are very impressive.
Performance:The Bluetooth speakers work really well as does the chromatic lighting. The light also works great though I have yet to find a need for it. The sauna heats to the low 140's in about 20 minutes and hits max in about 25-27 minutes. It holds the temp very well. The sauna has me sweating head to toe. I go for about 20 minutes and then I take a cold plunge and get back in for another 20 minutes. The portable would lose heat when I got back in after a 40-degree cold plunge, but the wood sauna holds steady at 149.
Accessories: I purchased the large back support and the all-weather cover. I invested in the cover more as insulation and help with retaining heat in the colder months. It is extremely well made. The back support has been a real game changer. It is so nice to lay back and fully relax while taking a sauna.
I would recommend this sauna to anyone in the market for one.

I had a hot tub that died and indecided to replace it with an infrared sauna. This has been such a good decision. I had set and leveled pavers before the unit arrived and assembly was super easy. It took longer to unbox the well packaged sauna. I bought the finger bot from Amazon at the recommendation of the staff at Salusheat and it works great to remotely start the sauna. It takes about 30 min to get to my desired temp of 135. The sauna smells so good inside and the speakers are easy to connect to.

I’m very happy with this infrared sauna. It was easy to assemble, looks great, and has been simple to use right from the start. I really like all of the features and the overall quality. It has become a great addition to my wellness routine. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love my sauna! Beautiful and perfect!

I did quite a bit of online and in person research on IR saunas. Kept coming back to the Salus Maxwell 2 person because I couldn’t find much else comparable for the money. Even the saunas for thousands more didn’t seem that much better to justify the cost. The 360 degree low EMF heater coverage is a nice feature. Looking forward to many more sessions!
