This 2 person wooden outdoor sauna is great! The wood smells divine, and we have had some issues, but the customer service gals have been amazingly helpful and helped to fix our issues so quickly! They are really responsive as well! (The front glass piece arrived shattered and they replaced it without an issue). I sit in this sauna 4-7 days a week and I definitely recommend it!

I have had my outdoor 3 person (all for myself) for 3 months and I am completely happy and satisfied with this sauna (903vs). At 73, I am always looking for verified health practices, and infrared light saunas are the confirmed device. This company has been highly responsive to email questions and answers quickly. Delivery was perfect, the unit shipping flat and not a single issue. It literally was installed (once staged) by 2 persons in 20 minutes. By staging I mean, I built a platform of 2x6's and 6x6 posts to set the floor on for leveling and cleaning. Myself and select friends enjoy the benefits and quality of this sauna.

I did extensive research before selecting this sauna and am very please with my decision. It was easy to assemble, heats up quickly, and the bluetooth speakers are a great bonus. I get a good deep sweat and feel so relaxed after use!

I’ve been researching saunas for months and decided on a Salusheat sauna based on price and reviews. Fantastic experience all the way! Customer service answered all my questions prior to purchase. Took approximately 2 weeks for delivery. I am 5’6” and weigh 118 lbs but was able to wrangle everything out of the boxes and had it set up in about 30 mins, except for the roof, which my husband had to help with. Everything is engineered to perfection and all the pieces fit together like a glove. Easy to use. Takes about 25 mins to reach 140. I have recommended Salusheat to several friends and family members.. They are great!

I love my salus sauna and with the new accessories i purchased, i have a place for my towel, drink holder while using sauna. The quality of the accessories are great.

I started looking around for an infrared sauna to help me with a medical condition and found Salus based on the reviews. I was surprised with the price as most I had seen were much more expensive. So far I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The shipping was quick. The set up was as easy as they said. I did it with just me, but needed help with putting on the roof top. The warm up is only about 25 minutes (perfect for a quick ride on my Peloton) to get it to 140 degrees. I have already felt the benefits and could not be happier with my purchase. I would recommend this for anyone looking to add a Sauna to their daily well being agenda!

We set up the sauna in a few hours. It is well made and easy to build and is very solid. It also works really well -- I got a great sweat going! It is perfect for a small space (i.e., our deck in NYC).

This sauna accessory has been such a great addition to our sauna experience. It’s both functional and performs as advertised. It fits perfectly with the relaxing spa-like feel of the sauna. Definitely worth it if you want to enhance your sauna setup and make it feel even more effective, enjoyable and complete.

Great sauna overall and very happy with it. It was easy to put together and only took about 20 minutes to assemble. It heats up in around 25 minutes and works perfectly once we installed a dedicated outlet. The
3-person size is spacious, with plenty of room for 2 people to sit comfortably. The Bluetooth connects easily, which is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend it.

Much of my working career was spent in various forms of customer service, so I am sensitive to that during my interaction with businesses. I must say that it's been at least a decade since I've seen the level of customer service that I experienced with Kate and Luna at SalusHeat. I had explored purchasing a sauna thru Home Depot, but their vendor refused to deliver to a residence located near a cul-de-sac. I ran this past the folks at SalusHeat, and they made sure their freight carrier delivered via a box truck to my home. Kate and Luna were responsive, professional, and pleasant to deal with. In addition to the 903BH sauna, I ordered two deluxe backrests. Unfortunately, one was received damaged (things happen in shipping) and upon notifying SalusHeat, a replacement was quickly shipped. Outstanding! While I won't be able to assemble and use the sauna for a month or so (the new bathroom is still under construction), the panels were packed well, received with no visual damage, and look to be of high quality. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and one I highly recommend to others seeking to add a beautiful sauna to their home.

SalusHeat sauna has been a wonderful addition to my home. Set up was easy. I only needed help from a second person to stand up side panels and hook them into place. Company is very responsive to any communication.

We finally did it! We bought the infrared sauna we’ve had been looking at this past year. It’s everything we needed and more. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and most importantly setup was easy. We had one question, and after contacting customer support, we had a simple answer that helped us get finished. We love the look it adds to our backyard. We love how good it works. So glad we purchased the cover, acacia floor tiles and back rests. The. red light therapy light is a bonus! We are extremely happy with our gift to us, our outdoor infrared sauna.

We've had the sauna for a couple of weeks now and have really enjoyed it. I knew I wanted a 2 person sauna with low emf, red light therapy, that got hot enough and this was the best option for the price! It heats up quickly and we come out drenched. I love the red light and Bluetooth feature. We added a couple of backrests from Amazon which are nice and relaxing. Great purchase! I've already recommended to a co-worker.

Overall, pleased with the sauna. Easy to assemble with only one person and no tools. Unfortunately, there is a sharp nail sticking out of the top of one of the boards. For $1000, I would expect better quality control with the pieces. When I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to offer any discount and instructed me to just hammer it in. I'm a single woman and don't own a hammer so this was not an ideal solution. The sauna also takes quite a while to heat to 140 which is the optimal temp for me. I do like the quality overall and would probably still recommend but not thrilled with the flaw.

I've been using this sauna about 2 weeks now and am really enjoying it. I usually turn it on about an hour before bedtime. It takes about 25 mins in 60-70 degree weather with a cover to heat to 149. You can stay a bit after it shuts off as it maintains heat well or add more time.
To entertain myself, I watch a Netflix show and put my laptop on a table outside , and use the bluetooth speakers, which connect well.

I also bought all the accessories that was offered - backrest, cup holders, towel holders, cover, and the flooring. The flooring was more of a challenge than expected. For a 2 person sauna, you have enough for all the inside and some outside. But you need to figure out your pieces before cutting. They interlock like a puzzle, and if you have a saw, you can make a nicer pattern. I had my neighbor help cut 1 piece down the middle of the wood. Others I could cut with heavy duty scissors.

Assembly really is a two person job.
I hired a handman who has sauna assembly experience to help.
I decided to put the sauna under an awning, and I bought the cover.
If you are measuring for a tighter space, remember that the roof overhangs...
There was slight damage to one of the pieces, and we used wood glue and that worked. Everything came well packaged in 3 boxes. You will have alot of cardboard and styrofoam to dispose of.

It took my handman under 3 hours for assembly. But that might be more my particular issues. As I decided to put it on my patio area, it is sloped / not level so he needed to add a little wood to help level. Then I bought concrete blocks to make up a stair dropoff, and he helped cut one of the blocks in half. He also sawed off 2" of the roof as I mis-measured. It came off cleanly and no electrical there. It is under the cover and awning now. The rest came together with good interlocking pieces. I opted for the Red Light therapy and I use that. Everything works well, and I only had small gaps behind either side of the bench area. I used the included glue and feel no draft at all.

I have an electrical outlet nearby and no issues with a regular outlet. I even have my landscaping lights plugged into the same outlet and didn't have to relocate them.

After alot of research, I decided on this model. I ordered the wood pieces to see if I had a reaction to red cedar. It is a nice scent, and I also have a reed stick in there with the oil diffuser. It's a great escape for about 40 mins. I noticed my sleep improved alot on my Apple and Oura apps since I've been using the sauna. I can't say about the red light therapy, but I have it on the 40 mins too. I turn the other lights off to watch my shows more clearly.

The sauna was delivered in the window given by Salus Heat. It came on a pallet with 3 boxes. The panels were easy for my husband and I to carry upstairs of our home. It went together easily. Being a Yooper, I am by birthright a sauna snob and this is not a traditional steam on the rocks sauna by any means, but it is warm and relaxing and a great addition to our master bathroom. My only complaint is I wish we did this years ago. It’s so easy to use and heats up in a reasonable amount of time. Now if we can just get all of you to pronounce it correctly! It’s a sow-na NOT a saw-na :)

Outdoor 2 person Infrared Sauna with the red light therapy works great. We use it first thing in the morning to get focused and before bedtime. I find using it before bed that I actually sleep deeper and feel better rested. In the morning I find that I am more focused and have a clearer mind as I go about my day. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s on the fence, you won’t regret the investment.

I’ve been using the Maxwell-901BH sauna a few times a week and honestly didn’t expect to like it this much. Having it set up in my bedroom makes it super easy to just hop in whenever I have time, and it heats up way faster than I thought it would.

The Bluetooth setup is really simple, and the speakers actually sound good (not tinny like I expected), so I usually just throw on music or a podcast and relax. The red light in the ceiling is a nice touch too—it just makes the whole thing feel more like a legit spa experience instead of a basic sauna.

What really surprised me is how well it’s insulated. The outside stays completely cool, so it doesn’t heat up the room at all, which was something I was a little worried about before buying it.

Overall, it’s been one of the better purchases I’ve made for my routine. Easy to use, feels great, and I actually look forward to using it. Oh and it plugs into a normal outlet!!! No running a 220v.

The 909X Pro 1 Person Ultra-Low EMF Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna is just right for our home gym. It heats up quickly (15-20 mins), holds the heat well, and is a smaller footprint to leave lots of room for us to work out. Salus was very accommodating in expediting the delivery for some travel plans we had in place. The assembly required attention to detail but it came together under two hours. We've owned it for about a month and use it 5x a week. I am 5"4' and my husband is 6"2' and we both fit comfortably seated in the sauna. The red light and bluetooth speakers are nice extra features. We a very very happy with our purchase.

Really please with this sauna, delivery was easy and tracking was spot on. Salus heat have been responsive and easy to contact. The infra red light and backrest are good add ons.
