Really please with this sauna, delivery was easy and tracking was spot on. Salus heat have been responsive and easy to contact. The infra red light and backrest are good add ons.

I'll start by saying, now that I have the correct product and components of it, I'm very happy with it. It is good quality and heats up quickly. However, when I received the product, it had the wrong host box and plug (T-plug). It took several weeks to resolve this issue, and it was a very frustrating process. The SalusHeat team had a different solution each day, one day one option would be available, then they would discover overnight that that option was no longer feasible, and would come up with a new solution- from sending me a new sauna top, to replacing the entire sauna, to getting an electrician to come out and install the correct outlet, and more. It became very confusing, and hard to trust that what they were offering was really the appropriate solution when the guidance changed almost daily. We finally got it all resolved, and I'm happy with my sauna.

The price was right! Quality is outstanding! Took about 10 minutes to set up. The tent material is thick. The frame is sturdy. The zipper is strong. Plenty of space to mount a therapeutic Red/IR light system. I have now used it daily for over a week. It heats up fast. I started at 45 degrees C, and in a week was able to tolerate 55 C. I spend about 30 minutes first thing in the morning and it really helps me wake up and get going. You will sweat hard. I recommend placing a towel over the chair to keep it clean, and wipe the foot heater after each use because it accumulates pools of sweat. I found that starting the sauna 5 minutes before you enter really adds to the experience. My skin is looking better and I do feel more present in the moment throughout the day. At 5’11” I can almost stand up in it, and there is plenty of room to sit so you don’t feel closed in too much. Definitely recommend adding red light/IR therapy. I just got a set up that has a clip-grip that hangs from the top inside giving me light from top down. I have not taken to its highest temp yet. I get out once I am soaked with sweat which is usually around 54-55 degrees C. Very surprising how efficient and effective this sauna is. Definitely much cooler that the ones many friend have in which they sit in the floor with their head popping out the top. You will not be let down. Also, it does not affect the Temperature of the room. No steam so no humidity issues. Just a convenient little sweat box that can be taken anywhere.

This small sauna has been excellent, and the cedar is well worth it for that classic aroma. We needed a sauna to fit a very small space and this is exactly the size we needed. The backrest is great option and we plan to get the red light supplement as well. Heats up well and is lots of fun - it's definitely on the smaller size so make sure to check measurements, and the ceiling is not as high as some so if you're taller it could be a little tight entering and exiting. Overall very pleased!

I became interested in buying a sauna after hearing so much about the health benefits and trying out an infrared sauna at a spa. The spa’s sauna was a 3-person Sunlighten (unsure of the exact model). I enjoyed the experience enough to want one in my home but was hoping to find something smaller and less expensive but still high quality. I chose the Salus HEAT Mix 1-person sauna based on the great reviews, and I’m super happy with my decision. I received the sauna less than 2 weeks after placing my order, no problems with the delivery, and assembly was quick and easy (though I admit my husband pretty much did it all while I just looked at the manual!). We set it up in our finished basement, where the temperature stays about 70 degrees. I’ve used it 8 or 9 times, almost every day since it arrived, and my experience with this sauna so far has honestly been better than the spa. It’s a great size for me (5’3” 117 lbs female). I can see how a bigger person would benefit from a 2-person unit, but I imagine the small size is part of why it heats up so quickly. I just turn it on, leave it alone for 20 minutes while I drink some water with electrolytes, then get in. It’s not quite at the max temp when I get in (135-140 degrees), but it gets to 149 shortly after. I’m always sweaty within 10 minutes, or even just 5 minutes if I was pretty warm before starting. The heater behind my back is somewhat intense so I have to keep some distance from it, but I got used to that after the first session. I stay in for 30 minutes and by that time have been absolutely drenched for at least 15 minutes. This was a really pleasant surprise because I don’t tend to sweat much during intense workouts or even on long hikes on the hottest days of summer. Also, I didn’t expect to use the colored lights or the Bluetooth speakers, but they’ve been great bonuses too. I start playing podcast on my phone through the sauna’s Bluetooth speaker before I get in and leave the phone outside the door so it stays out of the heat. Bottom line, I highly recommend this sauna and have only good things to say about the company and overall experience!

If you’ve read up on these, there’s a bit of controversy as there are two “Salus” brands. I went with “SalusHeat” and not “SalusSauna”.

I was originally looking for a 2 person unit under $2500. This is 903BH, their 3 person unit. Ordered direct from SalusHeat here. Their support is super responsive to emails. Shipping ETA was 3 weeks, but it arrived within a week and was well packaged in the boxes.

I’ve used it 6 times so far. I was originally anticipating having to heat it up before I left for the gym, but this isn’t necessary or really helpful. By the time I get back to the house (~90min after turning it on), the unit has been timed out for 30min and dropped from 149° to 120°. It only takes about 15min to hit 125-130°, which is plenty warm enough to start a session. 10 more minutes into the session and it’s at max temp.

I ended up going with the 3 person as I wanted to be able to lay down with my feet tucked. I’m 6’6, just under 200lbs now and there’s plenty of room to accommodate this, or a 2nd person from time to time.

There were concerns over whether the unit would trip a 20a breaker or not, as support stated it’s possible 25a may be required to avoid nuisance tripping. Fortunately, in my 100yr old home, a dedicated circuit with 10ga wire is not tripping the 20a breaker.

I haven’t owned a sauna before, so I wasn’t sure how hot the exterior would get - it’s essentially cool to the touch (barely above ambient). I placed a large yoga mat over my hardwood just in case, but I don’t think it’s really needed. The glass panels and door seal very well, too.

The unit is really solid. No creaks when moving around in there - only a little when it is heating up. It’s a very immersive heat, which I don’t remember being the case at a sauna locally on rented sessions.

When we first put it together (it is not heavy but will absolutely require 2 people as it’s awkward), the top didn’t quite sit flush despite all 4 walls being seated properly. You couldn’t tell from the inside anyhow. But happy to say that, after a few sessions heating and cooling, it now sits flush as it should.

Overall, pretty happy with the product and experience so far. Really can’t find much to nitpick on this. I’ve heard of others having issues with units costing double to triple of this one (I’m in a sauna group), and so far, this one is as solid as can be.

After doing a lot of research on the perfect sauna for my sauna room previously a walk-in closet next to my gym. I selected the Maxwell one person (wish I could’ve gone bigger). With the red light therapy. Delivery was within two weeks of order it came in three boxes. Set up was incredibly easy. It honestly took more time to unbox it than put it together. The packaging was great no damage at all to the sauna.. I especially like that the front piece included the glass door already installed. On other sauna, I was researching this wasn’t the case and assembly was very difficult to install the glass door. Assembly took 20 minutes. The sauna gets to over 145° within 30 minutes. I turn on the sauna prior to working out and when I’m ready to use it it’s up the perfect temperature. I can definitely feel it working into my muscles and it relieves stress. I am obsessed with it in the quality of my sleep each night. The best part about this Maxwell unit I feel it gave me a lot of bang for my buck and economically. It was a very smart purchase.. I would recommend it highly to others. I have already recommended it to three of my friends as a great purchase. You won’t regret this purchase..

We purchased this sauna a few weeks ago, and it came within a week. It was super easy to put together and only took about an hour with 2 people. We have been using this sauna five days a week and it has exceeded expectations. It also has bluetooth speakers and red light Therapy function that works great. If you're looking for an affordable sauna that has exceptional quality.This is the one.

I’ve been raving about our purchase to friends and colleagues since we got it. To condense the decision process and review- I’ll use bullet points.

- we needed something that fit in a garage that gets fairly cold in the winter (30-40s), so we opted for an “outdoor” sauna to maximize heat retention
-we wanted something easy to put together and fit two athletic individuals
- construction is best with two people- but no tools required and is stable (and the wood smells GREAT!)
- it dos need a solo wall outlet dedicated to it where anything else plugged in should be low wattage. I tried running a space heater in the same wall outlet and this tripped the breaker (this is a good safety feature)
- measure the height you need! It’s fairly compact and will fit in surprisingly places.

As for the review:
- since I’ve gotten it, we’ve used it nearly every night, and have made it a nightly ritual
- takes about 20 minutes to preheat
- Bluetooth speakers are amazing (we watch tv through the glass)
- yes, it gets hot enough. Probably within 10 minutes now, I'm notably perspiring
- I WOULD recommend the red light feature if available. The other color options are great too (independent switches for three types of light- between “normal light”, rbg combinations, and infrared)
- it genuinely feels great during and after. I have decreased pain in several locations, and now I get to watch shows at night with my partner in a fun and health promoting way!!

We joke that it’s the best purchase we’ve ever made (including house and car). Easy recommend.

We purchased a Wearwell 2 person outdoor infrared sauna, enhanced with red light. The ordering online was easy. It came within 2 weeks and very easy to unpack. It fit together like an easy puzzle. The exterior is a beautiful Mahogany. We ordered the cover for it for the pollen season. It fits nicely. We love our red light sauna and use it daily. We feel our muscles relaxing and gets hot within 15 minutes. We had one question and customer service answered quickly. This purchase is one that won’t let you down and is a must if you have arthritis or muscle problems.

We purchased this sauna for our massage business, and our clients LOVE it. The Salusheat team has been amazing at support, and everything is fantastic. This sauna is high quality and just beautiful.

We looked at a lot of saunas and finally decided on the 901BHN model with infrared. We were working with a small space (converted over/under laundry room) so dimensions and assembly were critical in our decision. Kate assured me that it could be built within the space from the inside out. We only had inches of clearance on the left and right sides. Turns out building it takes way less time than throwing away the boxes and packing material! After completion, there was a small gap in the right rear top corner. After working with customer support and walked me thru its resolve. Was just a pinched wire and a panel not fully set. Thanks again, we love our sauna!

I am so happy with my sauna and with the company.

I assembled myself in about 20 minutes. This is after it was removed from package. The roof panel was a little awkward but I managed ok. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to 130-135. I'm in a basement with no heat that is about 55-60 degrees. There are a bunch of pictures on here and the only one I saw missing was the ceiling so hear you go.

As stated, the assembly of the sauna was great. It was packaged and shipped carefully and everything came as expected. Using it involved playing around with the control panel. The only thing I’d change is adding operating instructions. I wanted to know how long it’d take to heat up and there was no information after assembly. BUT it works great and I’ve loved using it!

We’ve been really happy with this sauna so far! It comfortably fits 2 people, and adding the backrests made it even more comfortable for longer sessions. The quality feels great and very sturdy overall.

It takes about 20–30 minutes to heat to max temperature in our Texas garage when it’s around 80° outside, which we’ve found very reasonable. Assembly was straightforward since everything snaps together with no tools required, but I would recommend having 3 people for setup—especially if your floor/garage isn’t perfectly level like ours. Even with that, setup only took us about an hour.

One of the main reasons we chose this company was their excellent customer service and the option to add the red light therapy upgrade, which has been a great bonus. Overall, we’re very pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend it!

We had already been using the red light that comes along with the sauna but thought we might like something stronger.
My husband installed it within the hour and we were using it later that evening. It is definitely worth it. The light is strong and so for whenever we use this light our sleep that night has improved our skin is looking clearer and my husband said some of his scarring is becoming softer. So I definitely suggest that if you are thinking of purchasing it go ahead and do so you won’t regret it.

We are still new on our Sauna journey but so far we are happy. This sauna was cheaper than others on the market, however works very well. We use it almost daily at 145-150 and have not had any issues. We have an outdoor model and had two unusual rain storms for our area, and not a single issue. If you are looking to get your first sauna I highly recommend this one.

Exceeded expectations on many levels. Heats up as described, sauna is in basement that is approx 65 degrees. Bluetooth feature is handy and I can turn it on from first floor. I get a great sweat in 15-20 min session. Fits perfectly in intended space. Only thing left to be seen is longevity and warranty. Overall really happy with purchase

Pleasantly surprised by the ease of assembly. Took us 15 min to unpackage everything and 15 min to assemble. Remarkable! Unit fit & finish was good and accurately described in advertisement. Initially our perspective is that this is a very good unit for the price paid. The sauna max temp is 149 degrees. It takes 20 minutes to get to 118 and 42-min total to get to 149. Shipping was well managed & well packaged. No damage noted.

This Sauna Is beautiful. Almost a work of art. Shipping was excellent. It arrived with absolutely no damage whatsoever, not even the slightest knick as the packaging was very well done. Setting up was easy. I was able to set it up without any help. It heats up efficiently, and as a beginner sauna user, I really appreciate being able to control the temperature. It also comes with great features, including chromotherapy lighting (red and white) and a built-in Bluetooth speaker. One of my favorite aspects is the glass panels. I researched saunas for over a month and landed on this one. The whole experience was fantastic. Order was easy, shipped to me in 1 week, and the communication was simple/easy. Kate was very helpful! This was a big purchase for me and took a lot for me to purchase. I am very happy with it! Heats up in about 15/20 minutes, build was simple, just needed two people and took roughly 30 minutes. No damage, shipping company handled packaged with care. Low emf, lots of room, and great value for the price! I cannot believe the price is so low for this, it’s a steal! I regret that I didn’t include the backrests, light, or cup holders. I should have ordered those with it!

We are so happy with our purchase and the customer service that we have received. We ordered the 902S Pro 2 person infrared sauna. Delivery was super simple we received it in less than 2 weeks, the driver was so helpful getting the pallet as close to the door as possible. Building the sauna was pretty simple except the corner pieces which we had trouble sliding on the plastic corner pieces. It is a 2 person job to put together. Watch the video it does help. The sauna, red light, and blue light work great. It takes around 15 minutes for it to heat up depending on how hot you want it starting out. We did have on issue with the blue tooth speaker that stopped working. I emailed customer service and had a response back with in an hour and they were able to resolve our issue. Very happy with this person and would recommend this sauna.
