We've had our sauna a few weeks and use it almost daily. Assembly was easy for the two of us but definitely take your time and follow the instructions carefully. The cedar smells amazing and adding the additional flooring (last two photos) was simple enough to cut to size. We are truly hoping to see the health benefits soon throughout our health and fitness journey. If we didn't move so frequently (military) I would have gotten a much large one but the 3-person fits my husband and I comfortably enough.

I had a hot tub that died and indecided to replace it with an infrared sauna. This has been such a good decision. I had set and leveled pavers before the unit arrived and assembly was super easy. It took longer to unbox the well packaged sauna. I bought the finger bot from Amazon at the recommendation of the staff at Salusheat and it works great to remotely start the sauna. It takes about 30 min to get to my desired temp of 135. The sauna smells so good inside and the speakers are easy to connect to.

The parts for the sauna were delivered on a wooden pallet and were undamaged. I decided to add 3 coats of finish to the exterior panels and sauna oil to the interior. The exterior wood already had a finish, which is why the color is much lighter than the interior. The sauna oil really brought out the beauty of the mahogany wood. Assembling the pieces was straight forward as long as you have 2 people. I had to spend extra time adding pieces to the base for leveling due to the slope of my pool deck. Once pluged in the sauna and all the devices within the sauna work perfectly. We have used the sauna a few times and it takes about 30 minutes to heat up to 149 degrees. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

We wanted a low EMF full spectrum 3 person sauna that we could set up outside our bedroom so we ordered this model in Cedar. Because we are in San Diego County and within 80 miles of the LA warehouse, we were able to purchase the "White Glove Delivery" for $699. Because my husband and I are in our 70's, we felt it was worth it to not have to do the heavy lifting and putting the unit together. Well, the day of the delivery only one man showed up who spoke NO English AT ALL. He used Google translate to communicate AND there was NO WAY that he could move the heavy parts alone, let alone lift them each into place. Gratefully my husband was home and able to help him, but not what we had expected! The man seemed to do an adequate job putting it together, although instead of carrying shims with him, he tried to level the unit with pebbles from our garden which my husband refused him to use. He then found some scraps of wood that he used but left the unit wobbly. The plastic door sleeves to keep the heat in also were not adhered and tend to fall off. We can fix those things ourselves easily with some silicone and shims, but we were NOT impressed with that delivery service! The company reimbursed us $200 for the trouble and they were quite responsive to my emails.
We also ordered the back rests which we like and recommend and the floor tiles. However, some of the floor tiles must be cut in order to fit, which was not made clear until I emailed the company (the woman who answered the phone in LA said they were just decorative for outside the sauna, which clearly was not the case.) They are VERY easy to cut to size with a hack saw, and really add to the sauna, fitting together as they snap into place, interlocking with each other. We like the floor tiles a LOT and recommend them. Just know that you will need to cut some of them to cover the entire floor perfectly.
Because our unit gets afternoon sun and we wanted to protect the beautiful wood as much as we can, we ordered the cover/tent for it. We weren't happy with it, though, as it didn't seem to really fit that well and it covered up the beauty of the sauna. We were able to mail the cover back (at our expense for postage) for a refund, but the LA Warehouse folks were apparently not there to receive it and never picked it up at the post office and thus it was sent back to us! Not sure what's up with the LA Warehouse staff, but clearly much is there for improvement. Instead of the cover, we rigged up curtain rods on the eaves over the sauna and hung outdoor curtains that we can open and shut. Looks great and works well!
We've only had the unit a few weeks now, but we LOVE it thus far. It takes 30 minutes to get up to 130 degrees which is as hot as we want it. We then go in for 30 minutes, work up a great sweat and then go do our morning cardio. It's a great routine and thus far we are VERY happy with the sauna. The blue tooth speakers work great, the control panel in the unit is very intuitive, the lights are great, the wood is high quality and beautiful. We love sitting in there and being able to look out the glass door and windows at our beautiful Spring flowers here. So, overall we are very happy with the sauna but very disappointed in the "White Glove" delivery service and the poor communications via the LA warehouse. The email staff is very responsive and helpful.

We shopped for infrared saunas for a couple of years. When it was finally time to purchase, our extensive research led us to this sauna. I was nervous at first about buying a sauna on the internet, but I will tell you that I have zero regrets. This sauna comfortably seats 3 and reaches a high temp of 149. It took a few uses to hit its maximum temps, but now there are no concerns even in the cold CT temps. The product is well made and I even fashioned a collapsible shelf so I can read or watch sports while I am in the sauna.
I was also impressed with the customer service. Each time I reached out with questions, I received timely and comprehensive responses.
My one criticism is the delivery company who dropped the packages. They sent one person to move three 200+lb packages. Thankfully my neighbor was home to lend a hand otherwise this could’ve ended very poorly. Product was very well packaged which also helped. Highly recommend.

Our Sauna arrived by 3rd party carrier who would only drop at end of driveway. Very Heavy and was very difficult getting to its resting place with 2 adults. Roof front in one of the boxes was damaged. Suana was a challenge putting together with 2 people. Had to align walls and front just right to get it to fit. Instructions could use some tips on how to do the alignment. Also need an attention on your site that it requires 110 20amp outlet with a picture - most 110 outlets are 15 amp and the plug is a T plug. Having to get electrical help for final installation. Sauna works - take 40 mins to get to 149 degrees. Nice size inside. Blue tooth speakers an extra plus. A remote control would be nice so it can be turned on to warm up.
