Was very pleased with the speed of delivery. I was really thinking it would take hours to assemble, but my wife and I had it unpacked and assembled in less than an hour. It fits perfect in our basement and plan to build adjoining bathroom next to our unit. We really enjoy the built-in speakers and Bluetooth. My wife loves the red-light already installed. We are very happy with our purchase.

This sauna met my expectations and then some. Very well made, tight tolerances and zero defects. Would consider the unit furniture quality. Customer service was very responsive to questions through email and always within a 12 hour window. Glad I didn't spend extra $$ on a higher end unit-you really don't need to.

We love our new sauna. It arrived just as described and pictured. There was one damaged piece and customer service was great working through solutions to this issue. The sauna heats up very quickly and the cedar smell is awesome. Would definitely buy it again.

Received my indoor sauna very quickly and effortlessly. Delivery people brought it up to my choice site and were very accommodating. The assembly of the sauna was very simple. Sauna works great, sound is nice and like the inside and outside controls. Nice that it gets so hot and uses only a standard 15 amp outlet,

I love this sauna! Assembly was a breeze with two people. I love that I can plug it in to a normal outlet. I love that it heats up to 149 in about 15 minutes. From order to receiving was surprisingly quick! Highly recommend.

It was delivered 11 days ago on New Year's Eve and I’ve used it every day since. I keep telling myself I’m going to take a day off but being retired and around the house most of the day I just can’t resist it. For the last 5 or 6 years when weather permits I usually walk my dog about a mile a day. I don’t plan for this to be a replacement for my walking, It will be an addition to it. With my dog I have to walk on flat ground because of the difficulty with breathing (COPD). But for some reason when I’m in the sauna it feels like I can breath so easy and deep while basically getting a cardio workout. I love it!

It took about 90 minutes to assemble. Most of that was unpacking, carrying it through two rooms and upstair to our small bedroom. My wife and I unpacked it but I had to wait for my son to come by and help me carry it upstairs. Once we got it all up there it took less than 15 minutes to put it together. Then about another hour just tearing down the packaging for the recycle bin.

We put it in our small bedroom which is where my wife keeps her sewing machine, ironing board, where we store our extra dining room chairs, the grandkids toy box, a closet full of games, and a few other items that we had to take to the basement. This is now officially our “Sauna/Sewing Room”!

As you can see from my photos we hung a towel rack on the wall and another on the side of the sauna. I placed a small table outside the door with a charger for my iPhone and watch, and to put my cold bottle of water on while in the sauna. It makes it easy to grab your phone if I want to change what you’re listening to over the 2 bluetooth speakers, and your water stays cold vs bringing it inside where it quickly gets warm. I also set up a diffusor on the corner table as we’ve been into essential oils for years, and a bed for my dog so she can lay there and stare at me while I’m inside.

When I turn on the sauna to warm it up I also turn on the diffusor to get a good relaxing atmosphere in the room. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes to warm up to 149 degrees. I also have a small metal bowl inside the sauna that I put several drops of oil in for some great aroma therapy while sauna bathing. It takes about 7-10 minutes before I really start to sweat and by 15 minutes its pouring out. I usually stay in for 25-30 minutes.

If you’re reading this review then you’ve already done the research and you know the many benefits for both your physical and mental health. If you really want a happier healthier lifestyle in your senior years its a no-brainer. After months of research I almost pulled the trigger on a different model from another company and then by chance I found SalusHeat. This is basically the same sauna I was ready to buy from the other dealer, but less than half the price and with a much better warranty. We are very happy with our purchase.

We have had our sauna for 3 weeks now and are so glad that we chose this model, which sits in the corner of our bathroom. It went together very easily in 20 minutes and it is a 1-man job..

I did a lot of reading while deciding between a wet and dry sauna. I was a little concerned that this wouldn't be hot enough. I was completely wrong. 149° is plenty hot and it heats evenly. Ours is in the basement, so it starts cold but climbs from 66° to 130° in 13 minutes. Takes another 14 minutes to reach 149° with two of us in it. It would be a tight fit to get 3 adults in this model, even though it says 2-3 person.

My only complants are very picky on my part. The lowest volume setting of the Bluetooth speakers is pretty loud. It would be nice to have it a bit quieter. My only other grip is that when the sauna times out (very easy to set the time) it shuts everything down. I wish I could shut down the heat panels while keeping the colored lights on. But the quality of this model is great.

You will love this sauna.

I waited three weeks to get this Christmas gift I’m giving to my husband. Unfortunately, one out of three boxes arrived damaged. Once opened, most of the contents were shattered/broken. I’m hoping customer service will make this right. Super bummed it won’t be here by Christmas now. Will update if possible!

We received the replacement box. Although it took a few more weeks than I thought it would for us to be able to use the sauna, the customer service team was very apologetic and helpful. Sauna works perfectly and is very nice quality! 4 stars because our experience was a little tainted by the shipping. Overall, would recommend if you want a good quality sauna though! Picture of it put together was added!

I have had my sauna for a little over a week and a half now, and i absolutely love it. I’ve used it nearly every day, in fact it’s the best part of my day! I set it to 140degrees and while it does take about 45 minutes to get up to 130, I am very happy with it. My sauna took longer to arrive than expected, exactly 2 months from the date I pre-ordered it, but customer service was incredibly responsive and made up for the delay with a partial shipping refund. Great customer service! I am very impressed with the ease that we assembled the unit, every piece just snapped together and it was very simple to do. I especially love the Bluetooth speakers, I think they are excellent quality and sound great. I’m able to connect the speakers to a smart TV in my basement/home gym and watch TV while inside my sauna with the sound coming in through the speakers. So far, best purchase I ever made.

This was a Christmas gift we bought for ourselves, and we couldn't be happier. The assembly was relatively easy for the two of us to accomplish (about 90 minutes).

We enjoy using it several times a week, and it is simple to use. If we use it early in the day, it is invigorating, and if we use it at the end of the day, it allows for a restful sleep. The bluetooth speakers and LED lights are a nice sensory bonus!

Purchased this Sauna a few weeks ago and I’m very happy with the purchase. The delivery company put the three large boxes in my garage for me and I took each piece upstairs to assemble it. VERY EASY to assemble. Need another person to help though - my wife was able to do this no problem. A couple of notes: the black heat panels are Very hot. I definitely recommend getting the backrests to keep your skin away from the panels. I’m 6ft 220 lbs and my wife is 5’8 120lbs. We pretty much max this thing out with a little extra room but I wouldn’t plan on 3 people. Heats up to 149 in about 30 min. I did a lot of research on infrared vs steam sauna and wasn’t sure if this would be hot enough. IT IS. 20-30 minutes and we’re plenary sweaty and ready to get out! Speakers are easy to pair and lights are helpful. Overall, happy with the purchase and service.

We love our new sauna. We put it in the backyard, and it is the perfect size for us.
It was SOOOO easy to put together (although you do need two people). I think it took more time to unpack the boxes, than it did to actually put the sauna together. We love the color-changing lighting, and the bluetooth speakers are an extra perk so we can play spa music while we're in there. The price was great, and we didn't mind the wait for the pre-order. Totally worth every penny!

Granted, we have only had it for a day, but the delivery went very well. The warehouse communicated with us regularly. The delivery guys were awesome. Setup was not bad at all. The pieces fit together snugly, which is good. We installed it in the corner of my closet in the bathroom. We stuck small felt mover pads on the bottom piece before assembly, so when we were ready to put the top piece on, we could slide it out, install the top fully, and then push it back in the corner. We will also be able to slide it out if we need o do any repair or maintenance work. We've had two sauna sessions, and it works perfectly. It is easy to accidently brush up against the heat panel, so you may want to invest in a Hemlock backrest to keep you safely away from the panels. In only one day, my BP lowered by 4 pts (I don't have high BP, but just an observation), and my skin feels very hydrated.

There were only two negatives. One was that the instructions were barely adequate. We figured it out, in part by watching the video. We guessed that you can change the temperature setting from C to F by pressing and holding the up and down arrows at the same time. This information was not provided. There were also two of the tongue and groove pieces that had splintered. One chunk came completely off. Fortunately, my husband had some wood glue and a pin-nailer, and had them fixed in under 10 min. The boxes were not damaged and the packaging was very tight and cushioned, so I don't know how these pieces ended up that way.

The Bluetooth on my phone connected right away. The lights are super fun. My son was bummed there wasn't a rotating RGB setting, but he's 11, so. . . . We're happy and love it so far. Hoping to enjoy many of the other therapeutic benefits over the next several months.

PS. No, we don't let our cat get in there when it is on, but he angry meows at us when we are in there, and he is shut out, so when it's cool, I let him go in thinking he's won some victory, and he sits proudly in all his cat glory.
