This Sauna Is beautiful. Almost a work of art. Shipping was excellent. It arrived with absolutely no damage whatsoever, not even the slightest knick as the packaging was very well done. Setting up was easy. I was able to set it up without any help. It heats up efficiently, and as a beginner sauna user, I really appreciate being able to control the temperature. It also comes with great features, including chromotherapy lighting (red and white) and a built-in Bluetooth speaker. One of my favorite aspects is the glass panels. I positioned it to overlook my upstairs window, which makes the experience even more relaxing. It’s the perfect addition to my home gym routine. Overall, I can say 100% that it’s worth the investment.

I’ve never owned a sauna before this one, but I can’t imagine a better setup for my home. It’s small enough to fit just about anywhere. I keep mine in my garage next to the fridge as they are similar in size. I’m 6’ tall and fit perfectly inside. In the winter on days when the garage is about 40°, it takes about 30 minutes to get to top temp if 140°. I don’t see a significant jump in my electric bill and at $1,000 , you just can’t beat this.

Quality is what I expected considering the price I paid. It was easy to assembly by myself ( 55 yr old female). It gets to about about 137 degrees and I couldn't handle it any hotter. I used to go to Beem and could handle 150-155, but it was a larger space.

This is a great, affordable DIY sauna. The assembly was a breeze and it is the perfect size for one person. Great price and quality product look forward to using for years to come.

Shipping was no problem on timing, and all pieces arrived intact. My son and I set it up in about an hour. I wouldn't call it easy, but wasn't difficult either.

The sauna is a fairly small one, but fits me (6'01", 210 lbs), with room on the sides and front/back.

Love the front leg heater. There's a small gap on the ground side of the door where is not flush. I put a small towel on it, which works, but will be looking onto more permanent solutions.

The blutooth speakers work great. I play binaural music from Spotify, wgich is super relaxing.

I added the extra red light; which was shipped separately. Kinda thought they would install it, but was pretty easy to do myself (take off the top cover, remove reading light, replace with extra red light).

Heats to 140 (with towel) in about 40 minutes. I've been doing about 25 minutes, and have been SOAKED with sweat (usually start sweating a couple minutes in).

I added a back rest that came with a felt sauna hat, slippers and mat from Amazon. The mat is nice for the foot area that gets a lot of sweat from hand drip, and protects the foot heating panels.

I shopped around A LOT, and finally pulled the trigger on this one. SO happy I did!

Also, never had any major issue, but had a couple questions and their customer service was prompt and helpful!

We were on a budget and found this one person sauna. It didn’t have many reviews so was a bit nervous. But we decided to give it a try. A delivery company called within a week and scheduled a delivery date. They showed up right on time.
My husband and I have used it for weeks now around 4 times a week each. It heats up relatively fast and holds the heat in well. We both get out drenched within 15 min. We haven’t gone longer than 15 minutes.
Great blue tooth speaker and red light! I think the back rest is a must or your back will fry off. lol! Also if you upgrade to the red light option, know it already comes with one; but you will just swap the one reading light out to a second red light. Overall very satisfied! We hope it lasts a long time to come!

Bottom line: great sauna for the price.

I sauna regularly to include wood and electric Finnish sauna as well as steam saunas. This particular sauna takes about 20 minutes to heat to the top temp of 140. Takes me about 10 minutes to sweat, but after 20ish minutes I’m at a sustained heart rate of 120-130 bpm. I typically sweat for 40-60 minutes and I feel like goals are achieved.

Assembly is very easy and intuitive. From opening boxes to power on was about 30 minutes. Easy to clean and maintain.

We use our sauna daily and love it. The shipping was fast and assembly was fairly easy with 2 people. We went with this model because of the extra heater on the front. It takes about 20 minutes to reach full temp.

The 909SH Infrared Sauna is clearly a well-thought-out product. The fit and finish are excellent, and the hemlock wood construction gives it a clean, modern look that fits beautifully into a home setting. I appreciate the compact footprint and the smart “360-degree” heating layout — it warms evenly and feels comfortable within about ten minutes of turning it on.

The built-in Bluetooth speakers are a nice surprise. Being able to play music or guided relaxation audio makes each session more enjoyable. The digital controls are simple and intuitive, and I like that it runs on a standard household outlet — setup was fast, and the panels aligned perfectly during assembly.

This sauna delivers what most people want: steady heat, a pleasant design, and a quiet, peaceful experience. I especially value how easy it is to clean and maintain; leaving the door open for ventilation after a session keeps the wood fresh.

The reason I rated it four stars instead of five is mainly the price and feature set. It’s a premium-feeling unit but still fairly basic — no chromotherapy lighting or advanced extras that some higher-priced models include. For a one-person sauna, it feels a little on the expensive side.

That said, it’s an excellent product overall. If you want a reliable, beautifully built infrared sauna with straightforward operation and a touch of modern convenience, the 909SH is a solid choice.

Relatively easy to assemble, but is a 2 person job due to how it fits together and its weight. Not as sturdy as I would have liked, but then inspecting some of my friends more expensive models from other companies, it appears comparable. I guess its a way to keep the price down. Time will tell.
Only used it 4 times thus far, in the 1st 2 weeks, but so far, so good. All features work as advertised. I am happy thus far for the purchase, for the price.
It does fit 1 average adult size male comfortably, but is a tight squeeze getting in and out.
I would recommend some sort of lumbar support to make it potentially more comfortable while sitting inside, especially for larger people.

My new sauna by salus heat was easy to assemble heats up quickly and looks attractive. I love that it’s infrared heat and helps me detox and sleep better.

Smaller than anticipated but works well. Love having a personal sauna in the basement.

Was a little difficult to put together and a bit smaller than I I imagined but loving having a sauna in my basement! Looks so nice too!
