Wooden deck tiles are perfect for outdoor saunas because they are easy to assemble and replace. They can be placed on the ground in front of the sauna so that when you step on them after a sweaty day, your feet don't get wet everywhere. They are non-slip and keep your feet clean.
Of course, wood tiles are easiest to install on hard, flat surfaces like concrete or a deck. They are easy to assemble with a rubber hammer. Wood is a natural material that will age and need to be cleaned and maintained gradually.
We have upgraded to more durable wood. Fir Wood and Red Cedar are more suitable for our saunas. The wood part is 70% thicker, and the plastic base is significantly thicker.
Given that the service life of plastic is not as good as wood, we have improved the design for easy disassembly and replacement. This allows you to replace the plastic base after a few years to save long-term use costs.

The logistics provider for our saunas is FedEx, they will deliver the goods directly to your home, and before that, they will call you to confirm that you can sign for it at home.
Please note: we currently DO NOT drop ship to PO Boxes.
30-DAY RETURN
As the shopping spree season approaches, we want to make sure that you have peace of mind when purchasing gifts for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. To ensure that your gifts are still covered by our return guarantee, we have extended the validity period from 14 days to a generous 30 days. This way, you can shop early and have plenty of time to return or exchange any items if needed before they are delivered.
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving the order provided that they are undamaged and unopened, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible of the shipping charge for change-of-mind returns.
We are vigilant about product quality, but occasionally something might fall through the cracks. If your product is defective or incorrect order is shipped, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping).
