Maxwell-902BHN 2 Person Ultra-Low EMF Far Infrared Sauna (Enhanced with Red Light Therapy)

I did tons and tons of research before purchasing this one and paid attention to the official reviews where SalusHeat scored very well so I thought I would give them a shot. I ran testing for both EMF and electric fields and the Salusheat Maxwell scored very well. I would add while I was doing my research I noticed there were some really high-end units to consider but I was reading customer complaints and compared the reviews and to my surprise this lower cost unit from SalusHeat scored better in certain categories than the perceived high-end units. The SalusHeat customer service via email - I would say is exceptional. Also, they were very helpful on the phone. The product was delivered within the time specified and the delivery folks were very professional. The unit was packaged extremely well and there was no dust, residue or dirt from the factory. As I unboxed it I was very surprised of how clean the materials were. This is a two-person unit and I was able to unbox it and put it together within 30 minutes by myself. I am about 5'11" and the most difficult thing was putting the lid on but I was able to get that done relatively quick and easily. It fit together like a glove and no tools were required, no metal buckles or anything to deal with. It just had really high quality tolerances that snapped together and fit together very well. The door fits very snug.

It takes 10 to 15 minutes for the unit to heat up into the 120-130 F range. It sits in a climate controlled and humidity controlled walkout basement. I am not sure of the validity of that claim. The Salusheat Maxwell sauna exceeds my expectations on the EMF scores and electric field scores and the Bluetooth speakers work really well, also. I have attached photos so you can see what the EMF and electric field readings look like. Salusheat is very well made as I mentioned earlier but if you spend 6-$10,000 you might find a little more expensive trim work in those units, curved backs, curved ergonomic seating, etc. One thing I liked about SalusHeat is the flat back panel. I'm not a fan of other saunas with curved seating. I like the flat back so if I choose - I can lay the curved back option in the sauna and it isn't a permanent thing to deal with... That's just me.

Regarding the red light therapy... there are a couple things I like about SalusHeat Maxwell. There is the red light therapy option that comes pre-installed in the ceiling that works very well and you also have an option to purchase a red light therapy bullet light that mounts wherever you want to, but it is adjustable so you can point and adjust the lighting direction as needed. I like this option better than a red light panel laying in the sauna that can fall over and hit the glass, as offered by other sauna companies. i also like the more intense bullet light that you can use for about 10 minutes and adjust to the part of the body that you want to direct the light to.

I received my sauna in less than two weeks from order date after researching many models. I decided that my priorities were 360 degree heating panels, easy install, 15Volt requirement, true red light therapy option, low EMF, quick warmup, plus speedy delivery. This model has all of that. My husband, daughter, and I each use it separately each day. Although it’s a 2-person, it would feel tight to me to share it. I can sit on the bench side ways with my feet partially stretched out and leaning against the backrest that came with it as a gift. I also stand part of the time to get my face a little closer to the red light. At the price, this unit is an incredible value. The only downside is that I got charged a $75 international fee by my bank. The saunas are shipped from the US, but I guess the financial system goes through an international system. So I’d recommend using a major credit card that doesn’t charge international fee.

I’ve been researching saunas for months and decided on a Salusheat sauna based on price and reviews. Fantastic experience all the way! Customer service answered all my questions prior to purchase. Took approximately 2 weeks for delivery. I am 5’6” and weigh 118 lbs but was able to wrangle everything out of the boxes and had it set up in about 30 mins, except for the roof, which my husband had to help with. Everything is engineered to perfection and all the pieces fit together like a glove. Easy to use. Takes about 25 mins to reach 140. I have recommended Salusheat to several friends and family members.. They are great!

I started looking around for an infrared sauna to help me with a medical condition and found Salus based on the reviews. I was surprised with the price as most I had seen were much more expensive. So far I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The shipping was quick. The set up was as easy as they said. I did it with just me, but needed help with putting on the roof top. The warm up is only about 25 minutes (perfect for a quick ride on my Peloton) to get it to 140 degrees. I have already felt the benefits and could not be happier with my purchase. I would recommend this for anyone looking to add a Sauna to their daily well being agenda!

We've had the sauna for a couple of weeks now and have really enjoyed it. I knew I wanted a 2 person sauna with low emf, red light therapy, that got hot enough and this was the best option for the price! It heats up quickly and we come out drenched. I love the red light and Bluetooth feature. We added a couple of backrests from Amazon which are nice and relaxing. Great purchase! I've already recommended to a co-worker.

I assembled myself in about 20 minutes. This is after it was removed from package. The roof panel was a little awkward but I managed ok. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to 130-135. I'm in a basement with no heat that is about 55-60 degrees. There are a bunch of pictures on here and the only one I saw missing was the ceiling so hear you go.

Pleasantly surprised by the ease of assembly. Took us 15 min to unpackage everything and 15 min to assemble. Remarkable! Unit fit & finish was good and accurately described in advertisement. Initially our perspective is that this is a very good unit for the price paid. The sauna max temp is 149 degrees. It takes 20 minutes to get to 118 and 42-min total to get to 149. Shipping was well managed & well packaged. No damage noted.

This is my new happy place. I have to stop myself from using this new Sauna daily. The back support is a must. The red light is great. The sauna is perfect. Gets hot fast. Bluetooth is perfect. My entire family love it. Best decision I’ve ever made. Wish I would have made it sooner.

There are so many different Sauna's out there, and so much **** that i was hesitant to buy one. My friends bought this model of Sauna and loved the delivery, easy of construction, and how easy it is to use. This word of mouth was what i needed and took the plunge. It was delivered quickly, it honestly took 15minutes to construct & most of that was unpacking. It's super easy to use & is now an almost daily part of my routine. Works great, heat is perfect, sounds great. I honestly don't have any complaints. It should fit in most rooms easily. Very compact. I have mine in the basement.

For a few years we’d talked about my building a traditional sauna. Did all the research and was about ready to start the project. One of our adult kids mentioned IR saunas as a better path. Started to research same and discovered multiple manufacturers of IR saunas which only required assembly. Found the Salus Heat line and was intrigued. Did a comparison with approx five companies and settled on Salus Heat. Exceptional value at a very good price. Three boxes arrived, all manageable by my wife and I as to weight and dimensions. Took them to the basement, laid them out and started assembly. I was able to put it all together by myself, with the exception of the roof panel, which my wife helped with putting it into place. Wall and floor panels easily locked together. Roof panel was easy. Electrical connections were clearly marked and simple to connect. Installed a 20amp CB for the unit.
We use it five to six times a week, approx 30 minutes at 145f. Works as advertised. Blue tooth works very well. Also bought the three year extended warranty. Bottom line, very happy with the product.
(NOTE: Roof panel was damaged in shipping, packaging was fine however it’d obviously been dropped as front outside trim was badly split. Called company, sent pictures and replacement top was ordered and sent. Absolutely NO hassles from the company as to making it right - Thank You!)

We purchased the Maxwell 902BH 2 person sauna in January. Arrived on time. Assembly went smoothly. We opted for red cedar, love the smell, and the wood is beautiful. After researching for weeks on YouTube and looking elsewhere, was so glad we found Salus Heat. They met all our expectations and was a company who emphasized on the health of the individual and quality material to insure the health and safety of the customer. Everything works wonderfully, we installed the red light therapy kit with no issues, wonderful addition. Was very pleased with their customer service, always replied in a timely manner. Heats up to maximum heat quickly, and the sweating begins!! I absolutely love our sauna and couldn't be happier with our choice of Salus Heat!

The shipping was quick and I received a call to set the date of delivery that would work for me. All three boxes arrived in good shape.

I set this Sauna up myself in an hour, but do recommend having a helper. The craftsmanship of all the parts was superb, and it fit together easily. The attached pic is with the red light panel turned on. It switches from inside the sauna so you control how long it is on. Also this model has a dual control panel inside and outside, very nice feature!

Received my sauna nearly 2 weeks before the projected arrival date. Delivery was outstanding with delivery company bringing large boxes inside vs outside curbside. Big plus. Assembly was easy and straightforward. Unit build is sturdy, and I was very pleased with the materials used. Had one minor issue that I contacted Salus with - they responded within a couple of hours. Very professional customer service - completely resolved my issue quickly and without hassle. A+ service. Sauna itself works great- does take about 35 minutes to reach 149. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to family/friends!
