We received all boxes for the sauna in one shipment and separate boxes for the sauna cover and two back supports. All items were well packaged and arrived in good shape. It was a very rainy day after the hurricane, and we had asked for delivery to a specific location in our backyard, through a locked gate. Delivery personnel were able to accommodate. My husband and myself were able to put this lovely sauna together in about 1.5 - 2 hours, including getting rid of all the cardboard and packing materials. Recommendation: Please put instructions for **** in back panel at the beginning of instructions. Overall, it is a very nice product, sturdy, good quality, and eye pleasing. We bought the cover for inclement weather and to protect against the yellow pollen that is in NC in the Spring. Our plan is to hose the cover down and air dry as needed. As for functional capabilities, this is a superior product and heats up to high temperature within 5 minutes. We especially enjoy the Bluetooth capabilities and listen to spa music, comedy station, and classic rock and roll via our connection to our iPhone and Spotify/I Heart Radio. I can't wait to work up to longer time inside and start listening to my audio books. I am looking forward to enjoying the health benefits as well, once we have some consistency with our visits to the sauna. overall an exceptional experience and can't wait to use it for many years in our future.
We have been thoroughly enjoying our new sauna. After ordering, we decided to upgrade to the Mahogany Wood options—and we are so glad we did! It is beautiful both inside and out, and while I have no doubts the entry-level wood would have been great, the finish and stain on this one are perfect to look a little more polished to match our brick and other porch furnishings.
(A side Salus Heat was beneficial and accommodating to our inquiries about the variety of wood options and allowed us to upgrade post-purchase. In general, the customer service has been top-notch!)
The two-person unit is perfect for us, as we can either sit at a recline as a single user or side by side when using together. We did purchase additional backrests, and I would say those are a must for comfort!
It heats up quickly, and all aspects work as advertised. It takes around 15 minutes to heat up to our desired temperature. We tend to read in the sauna, but we have tested the Bluetooth, and that is a great feature to have as well. Assembly was straightforward—my husband was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we got it put together!
Since we upgraded, even though our unit is on a covered porch, we thought it wise to purchase the custom cover to keep the wood in a top-notch shape. We intend to leave it off during the temperate months of the year (and to enjoy how beautiful the wood looks!), but it will really come in handy with rainy weather and the pollen season. I was most excited to purchase this specific cover because of the roll-up window in the middle, which allows us to still easily use the sauna even during the months when it is viable to be covered.

Absolutely love this sauna!
First, it's gorgeous! I wasn't expecting it to look so nice. All my neighbors have come over to see it and all give compliments how nice it looks outside.
Second, this is the easiest thing to assemble! My friend and I were able to complete it in less then 2 hours with no arguments or misunderstandings. Only note is to look at were the screws go before starting, its the last page of the instructions and we had to backtrack a few steps.
Third, delivery took longer then expected but customer service responded quickly. The boxes are heavy!!!! know where you want them and be prepared to tip the guys that get it there.
And last, using this sauna is great! I have used several where you rent by the hour in a spa or doc office and this was on the same level. It's snug for two people, but great for one and heats up super quickly.
I researched a lot of saunas before making the choice to get this one. I am beyond satisfied!! Heats up to 120 in about 10 minutes. So relaxing! The smell of the wood is the best. Customer service is on point. The quality of this sauna is great. It will definitely last! Don’t hesitate because it’s worth it!
