I love my sauna.
My grandson and I assembled it in an hour or so carefully following the instructions. I have it on my back deck.
It seems to be very well made.
The thermostat controls are excellent.
I use it at full heat of 140°. Usually it follows a good workout at the health club, then the hot tub.
I sweat profusely which is the goal. I love the infrared heating as opposed to water/steam/rocks, etc.
I also sometimes use it alone meaning no workout or hot tub.
It was a great investment in my health. I'm 75 years old and in great shape and this sauna is a major contributor.
I would recommend it to anyone.

My sauna is amazing! It heats up to 140 degrees in less than 20 minutes. It is nice and cozy inside. It took me a minute to get adjusted to the size as i am a bigger person, but after a couple of sessions i am super comfortable and happy with my purchase! The hiccups - one of the panels was cracked during shipment but the folks at Salusheat gave me an$150 credit and a free backrest. Thank you Salusheat!
