At first I was a little worried but this Sauna has surpassed my expectations. I'm 6'4 and can fit without a problem. Cat6 cable from the display had the wrong connection set up but I was able to adjust and use my own Cat5 . So far very pleased and my wife is in heaven!
We found it to be affordable and easy to put together. Everyone should have a home sauna!!!
This gorgeous sauna arrived on time and in 3 large boxes, with the help of my husband we got it into the house and down to my basement home gym. I was able to unbox it by myself and get most of it assembled my myself, then my husband helped me with the heavy front door and the top. Each piece fit together with ease and once plugged in to a regular 110 household outlet it turned right on. All the control features work well and I quickly tested the bluetooth to get my music rolling. This sauna works wonderfully! Love the number of heaters, the lights, how quickly it heats up, the Bluetooth speakers (can even use Bluetooth from my TV to watch through the door¡ªyoutube relaxation videos are dreamy, or catching up on a show is nice), and the ease of use with the control panel. I use it every day, look forward to my relaxation time, and love all of the benefits, especially the difference I see in my skin and sleeping so well.
We had an issue with our control panel and the seller was very helpful and sent a new one to us; they were great about making this right, very friendly, and went above-and-beyond.
4/26/23" After contacting support and lengthy discussion all features were working. The app download was confusing but was resolved. I did have to buy an adapter to play music since my phone has no auxiliary port. The customer service was timely, pleasantly presented, and eventually resolved my problems/questions. Updating instructions would resolve much confusion. The manufacturer did issue a credit for the inconvenience which was commendable. The product is nice and I expect to gain some enjoyment and health benefits, especially for my allergies.
I cannot get the sauna to heat up to temp. It will not go to the F setting and is stuck on Celsius and won't go above 40. The digital read out says 65 but it keeps reverting to 40 and does not heat up. The instructions show the radio buttons for heat and vice versa. Obviously, someone got mixed up between the Chinese and English. The book may as well be written in Chinese as it is useless. The sauna went up quite quickly and was easy to put together. Arrived timely and without damage. However, not applicable since the unit does not heat up right. Ugh...

04. Can the indoor saunas be placed outside under covered patio?

05. What type of wood are the Ample-901PH saunas made from?
If you are looking for an odorless wood, then Hemlock is the obvious choice for you.
This inconspicuous wood will blend into your home as the color resonates as a pale white or a light brown.
If you choose Hemlock and later wish to incorporate the aromatherapy of cedar into your experience you can always bring the essential oil of Cedar into the sauna with you or light some Cedar incense.
For those individuals who are highly sensitive to scent, Hemlock will be a better option for you.
