We received our two person outdoor Basswood sauna last week, took us a little under an hour to assemble. I can’t believe how easy it was to build. The glass door closure was the heaviest part. Manageable, for two people we used it four times, and really love it. I feel like I am using the sauna at a retail business that I used to be a member of. I am so thankful to be able to enjoy this in my home, I highly recommend you consider the sauna. The customer service that I’ve experienced has been top-notch.
It doesn't get any better than watching a cold New England sunset from the sauna on our deck. Superb detailing and easy to put together. Also, great customer service.
This was very easy for my husband and myself to assemble in an afternoon. It heats up quickly, the speaker are good as well as the lighting. We are having a dedicated electric outlet and line run for it as it pulls a lot of power and we dont want to trip breakers. It also looks great in the small courtyard outside of our master bathroom. We have not used it a lot yet, but so far we are very happy with this sauna.

Sauna has been working great and for the core sauna 5 stars. Quality is in line with the price point. A few little flaws but overall a nice tight fit when assembled. Hopefully it performs well as the weather cools! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is wiring issues. Customer service was great, however it took multiple times to get the Bluetooth speaker wires to connect. Seems to be a flawed connection in the ceiling. Once that was fixed the lights are acting odd and I dont want to keep taking the roof off and compromising the structure so I just live with the lights as they are. Definitely a great sauna for the price.
